Started reading this because I saw one of the characters was named Sherlock Doyle, as in Conan Doyle's most popular work and his last name. At first I was pretty disappointed there were no mystery developments and I thought the artist was just a weird pervert for wanting to make such a work (still probably true, who the hell gives someone a piggyback like that?), while this must be at least partly true, instead of an 1800s era royal mystery or a (n entirely) SOL story for the mentally debased, I found the story of a somewhat pathetic leach of a younger brother being forced

to grow up, leave home and assume responsibilities as an adult, while coming to terms with the severed relationship of his genius twin sister. The characters are pretty tropey and 1 dimensional, but it pays off these beats well. Lots of "things somehow worked out well?!" style shoujo writing, tropes like smug pervert king character, fujoshi maid, etc that wouldn't be out of place in modern isekai deconstructions/parodies like Trapped in a Dating Sim: The World of Otome Games is Tough for Mobs or Teihen Ryoushu no Kanchigai Eiyuutan (series that I'd recommend before this).
I really wouldn't recommend someone go out of their way to read it, it's a pretty standard shoujo lighthearted drama comedy, I don't think crossdressing is something to be praised, and it annoys me as a plot device, what little mystery elements there are relate to the motives and matters of the heart for women (*pukes*) but the depth to the characters relationships surprised me for what this is.
[Art- 2000s style, probably where shoujo peaked]
6/10 for everything considered
