(longrunner = 20+ vols)     No. 11 is Senri no Michi mo by Ippo Ohara & Satoshi Watanabe, which started in 1989 and ended in 2022 with 134 volumes & 693 chapters in Weekly Golf Digest.   A varied list of horror manga for those who are just now getting into the genre, I will refrain from listing obvious authors such as Junji Itou, as I feel that is low hanging fruit and it would consume most of this list.   A manga stack compiling tiers 3-4 of Grief's Disturbing Manga iceberg series.  Here's some manga with big ass monsters. btw. Since it's not on MAL, I'll recommend "Bibliomania"here.   All of the entries in this stack are in order   List of longest manga series by number of pages (estimate)  Medium reading challenge for myself of manga's and more reading from 300+ chapters until 499 to be more precise. Once i have read and completed a manga it will be removed and replaced with a new one. This list will not stay the same   Although these series are really famous and popular in Japan, but in the west you only kinda hear about them or watched only the anime at best. *if they have an adaptation*   If you're an anime watcher you should read these manga. You won't regret it.   Revenge is a popular genre. It can be really exciting if its story is properly told.  Manga that Japanese Youtuber Hikaru has recommended / mentioned in a video.   Manga series with covers that feature recurring design and composition elements, consistent art styles, gradual changes that show intent and overall harmony of the entire collection. I'm open to suggestions, I try not to add too many “standing character” situations, but will do so if the art is striking enough.   Not on mal:  A list with all the mangas mentioned in Gagamaru's Egoist Bible profile, from Blue Lock, that didn't fit in the overall stack. |
