Manga: Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon
Toki Meka is from the same author as Sailor Moon. If you haven't gotten enough Takeuchi in your life, it's time to pick up Toki Meka. Sailor Moon is a masterpiece, so don't expect Toki Meka to be quite as good as Sailor Moon, but it is a fun read about a robot girl with Sailor Moon like powers.

Manga: Watashi no Taisetsu na Tomodachi
My Precious Friend and Toki Meka are two shoujo manga about two girls and the friendship they share with each other. One of these two girls seems to know the other even if the other girl doesn't, and one of these girls seem to have remarkable physical abilities. There is also a decent amount of comedy in both manga.

Cyber Idol Mink and Toki Meka are two cute stories that include a character who uses advanced technology as their special abilities (they even have special cell phones). They also have great art styles and are written by creators of famous magical girl series, as Cyber Idol Mink was made by the creator of Saint Tail and Toki Meka by the creator of Sailor Moon.

Manga: Ultra Maniac
Toki Meka and Ultra Maniac are two shojo stories about a girl who meets a strangely energetic girl with blonde hair and unusual abilities. The energetic girl really wants to help the main character and be her friend, but her unusual abilities cause more trouble than assistance. Both series also have really cute art styles that fit very well with the shojo genre.
