Just getting started in the wonderful world of boys love? Read these ones

BL I’ve completed and enjoyed reading. All of these manga are stuff I have reread multiple times. There are some manga on here with dubious consent so if that triggers you make sure to keep an eye out so that when you go to read it you aren’t blindsided. I hope you find something new to read! These are not even half of the BL manga that I’ve read so I will probably end up making more parts of this. (Working on explanations)

• i tend to be more attracted to semes but here i love both the seme and uke equally
• their constant bickering is SO FUNNY AND CUTE
• bonus, rigon's a soft dom who has a kink you'll notice in the side stories heheheheheheh

The World Without You [네가 없는 세계] - manhwa; 8/10

• this one hurt to read. the author really portrayed trauma and depression very realistically here, even till the very end
• a lot of media tend to romanticise mental illness but this story fully shows the ugly and painful side of it for both the person struggling with it and the person who loves them

Again [다시] - manhwa; 8/10

• really feels like i'm reading a whole k-drama plot with this one, i love it
• kang junil is such a sweet, protective lover and a freak in the sheets I WANT HIM
• also nokyoung does crossdress a few times in this so if you're into that... (;

Cherry Blossoms After Winter [겨울 지나 벚꽃] - manhwa; 8.5/10

• their love story is so perfect and beautiful and wholesome- like if you're looking for fluffy innocent love between two good boys, here you go

• he hates sweet things but grew to appreciate cakes because haebom loves them. literally started learning to bake just for him ):

Over The Moon [오버 더 문] - manhwa; 7/10

• red or green flag seme?: questionable green flag (idk he has some questionable thoughts in the beginning but he's good after that)
• okay ngl the writing for this screams elementary k-drama fangirl writing fanfics in her room after school- you'll know what i mean when you read it
• but because of that, it makes for a really easy read. i finished it so fast
• also i'm writing this after completing it months ago and safe to say i barely remember anything other than the fact that i did enjoy reading it lol

My Bias Appeared?! [최애가 나타났다] - manhwa; 7.8/10
❤️ Choi Siyeol (seme) x Na Aejoon (uke)
• red or green flag seme?: kinda toxic in the beginning but he redeems himself
• aejoon fell first but siyeol fell harder
• i like it when a seme with a big ego fucks up, regrets big time, and cries to the uke for forgiveness >:)
• another cliche k-drama style story with the typical misunderstandings, classic "imma use you to get revenge on someone else but oh no i fell for you instead"
• very easy and enjoyable read though!

Hold Me Tight [뜨겁게 안아줘] - manhwa; 8/10
❤️ Giovanni (seme) x Felix (uke)
• red or green flag seme?: a huge jerk in the beginning but becomes the sweetest and most loving partner later on <3
• this series is really long but it didn't feel like a drag to me, i thoroughly enjoyed binge reading it
• i loved watching their relationship develop and seeing how protective they become of each other
• art improves as the series goes on~

A Room Without Windows [창 없는 방] - manhwa; 8/10

• this one is part of a series of short stories
• with the cover art and title, you'd think that the ML for this one would be a yandere/possessive type
• but jihoon really is just a giant babyyyyyy
• the plot twist in this one is great and i'm actually perfectly content with the length of it because it didn't feel rushed; it told its story perfectly within the amount of chapters it had
• tags: short story, horror, psychological, tw!noncon (not by seme)


Romance, But Not Romantic [로맨스 낫 로맨틱] - manhwa; 7.8/10
❤️ Cha Hyunjoon (seme) x Seo Jinha (uke)
• red or green flag seme?: GREEN!!!
• quite a standard plot but i love it, very easy read
• cha hyunjoon, the man that you are ;-; loving and protective from the get go!!!
• super weak towards jinha's puppy eyes, falls for it and gives in to him every time
• tags: omegaverse, office, coworkers


Touch Up [터치업] - manhwa; 7.5/10
❤️ Seong Wonjae (seme) x Sawol (uke)
• red or green flag seme?: green! a pleasant surprise bc i wasn't expecting him to be
• it was pretty much love at first sight for wonjae and i dont blame him... sawol is so pretty
• a couple healing from their traumatic pasts by being together
• sawol has his walls fortified and built so high up that it takes wonjae a long time to convince and reassure him that he would never leave him
• wonjae is so patient and loving, and he never gives up on sawol ):
