Undead Murder Farce has a very unique take on Victorian Era mystery. The premise is interesting enough to keep you hooked; never wanting to drop the show.
Character Design: 8/10
The characters themselves are all fleshed out with their own set of quirks. There's not a single main/side character who just looks "generic". The only reason I don't give a 10/10 is because some characters don't really fit the overall Victorian Era vibe the show is trying to give off.
Mystery Aspect: 9/10

I came into this anime with low expectations. I have tried watching other pure comedy series in the past, however none ever stuck to me like this one (along with a couple others) did. The part about this anime that sets itself from the rest is how random and unpredictable it is. I mean, an entire chunk of an episode was dedicated to Maeda's backstory, how an alien gave him the ability to shoot lasers out his butt. I literally couldn't think of something more original than that.
