Similarities 1) The female lead char both have omnipotent power 2) Male lead character is blonde, has high social status, charming, good personality, loved by the people Differences 1) One is isekai and one is not. One didn't know she has omnipotent power (until later) while one got her omnipotent power from her hard work 2) Sisterhood: Both have their own moe. But I am more into Sei and Liz coz im not really into obsessive siblings thingy (no offense) 3) My biggest flex: My favourite male seiyuuu is there, Sakurai Takahiro! I loveeee reverse harem and it gives me the best reverse harem with all male chars are sooo eyes and ears soothing!

This anime reminds me of Kobayashi. The vibe is similar. The way those girls fond the main character, which is also a girl, is similar to Kobayashi, which eventually living under the MC care. Plus, Kobayashi and Azusa, both have kinda like, a man-ly type of character, a cool character, which adding to the vibe. Oh, lastly, both anime have this magical touch in them, which is in my preference.

For me, the next anime came to my mind when talking about Overlord is Sword Art Online (SAO). Both anime are similar in term of how the character got trapped inside a game and the story goes on of how they survived in the 'new world'. As Overlord is about one main character tried to survive alone, SAO is about the whole players trying hard to live and adapting. SAO is thrilling as there are only a few players trying so hard to follow the rules for escaping while others settling down with the new environment.
