The continuation is just as entertaining as the first. I do feel like the latter half could have been expanded upon with the antagonist but the conflict had an open ending so I have a feeling this is not the end of the antagonist. I have one small complaint at the end of the series when Challe and Anne have "the talk" (if you watched it you know what I mean) and the conclusion they both came to was a bit unsatisfying however they will probably expand on the relationship between the two in that regard if there ever comes a season 3. SHOUJO FANS ONLY. If you don't like shoujo don't watch it. It's a bit dramatic at times and I was surprised with the blatant show of sexism towards the female lead from some antagonist characters but that's what made it a little more different than other shoujo I've seen. Usually shoujos are all about happy endings, the male lead always ready to rescue in every adversity, and not taking things "too far" which I feel like this anime toned the fairy tale-like aspect of shoujo down to an extent. There were some boring parts to it and I feel like some of it was rushed and underdeveloped, however, it's an overall enjoyable sequel if you're not the overly critical stuck up watcher. I wasn't a fan of Part 1 but it needed to be there, Part 2 was fairly entertaining even though the main antagonists were subpar, and Part 3 just felt like a little extra bit of fan service, could or could not be your cup of tea.
