Both have in common where a romantic comedy that tells the daily life between tall girls and short boys. Their daily lives are filled with their cute two who develop into a liking for each other and also understand each other's feelings. There is a slight difference where in "Ookii Kouhai wa Suki desu ka?" the romantic story is a little faster than the slow but sure "Koushinchou Kouhai ♀ to Teishinchou Senpai ♂ ga Renai ni Hattensuru made", but in the end the two stories are almost the same. If you like one of these then you will like the others too

I think both manga are really good if you like them, I recommend reading them ^_^

in my opinion, both anime have a relaxed story, we are always treated to by many fan services, i mean alot of fan servis. especially if you love ecchi and harem you should definitely watch it.
