TLDR;
Great Characters, Character Development, Ligh hearted and nice art, a must read if you like the suddenly having to raise a child trope, good romance too
So I went into this manga expecting generic Isekai slop, but to my suprise it was actually a very good read, it's only been 13 chapters now, but they are long chapters, and with the pacing, quite a lot has happened without it feeling rushed or overstuffed, the plot itself isn't anything grand but it's done right, and the characters have a lot of depth to them, great art as well which is a huge bonus
