This anime is peak. It’s got those raw 90s vibes, has some darkness in it but balances really well with the comedy. It has everything, amazing animation, intense action, a gripping storyline, and one of the most badass protagonist duos I’ve seen in a while.

I just loved the overall planning for the series and the movie. Many people compare it to Attack on Titan but it didn't feel that way for me. I enjoyed it even more than the last 2 seasons of Attack on Titan and couldn't help but become a fan of it. The soundtrack, sound effects, voice acting, animation, colors, lights, shadows, movements, choreography, the context behind the story, character design, internal traumas, along with character development are god-tier, among the best I've seen in a long time. The story can get a bit tedious, it's not perfect but everything else makes up for it.
