The witch episode gave me nightmares as a kid, and prevented me from engaging with the Hello Kitty franchise. That witch episode ruined me. I had nightmares for weeks Its eerie atmosphere and sudden tonal shift left me with lingering nightmares and completely alienated me from the Hello Kitty franchise during my formative years.
Looking back, the story was a bit of a tonal whiplash—what started as a gentle, comforting show suddenly dipped into unexpectedly dark territory. The episode stood out because it was unique, but not in a way I found enjoyable as a young viewer.

The art style, usually soft and cute, made the horror ...

Time travel is, in most media, an excuse for lazy storytelling or people in capes. In Erased, it’s a reason to revisit childhood trauma—which, frankly, is far more realistic. Erased is one of those rare shows that balances suspense, emotional depth, and human connection so beautifully that it leaves a lasting impression. The premise—an adult man, Satoru, traveling back to his childhood to prevent a classmate’s murder—is bold, but it never feels gimmicky. 10/10 masterpiece. I recommend this anime a lot!! Koe no Katachi is a film that broke me and healed me all at once. It’s a story about shame, forgiveness, and the quiet ache of wanting to be understood. Watching Shoya confront his past—his mistakes, his guilt—felt like hearing the saddest track on an old album you thought you’d forgotten. And Shoko? Her silence speaks louder than any lyric I could write. The animation is soft, stunning, and the music feels like a gentle heartbeat underneath every moment. This isn’t just about redemption—it’s about connection, and how hard it is to say “I’m sorry” or “you ...

Romantic Killer charmed me.

The heroine, Anzu, is a girl after my own heart: she prefers cats, chocolate, and video games to dating. Finally, a protagonist with priorities. The story isn’t meant to be taken too seriously, but it still manages to explore themes like emotional growth, personal boundaries, and friendship. It’s funny, fast-paced, and surprisingly wholesome in moments. Even though some plot points are exaggerated for comedy, the characters still feel grounded and grow over time.

The animation is colorful and expressive, perfectly matching the chaotic energy of the story. Anzu’s reactions are over-the-top in the best way, and the magical mascot character Riri is both hilarious ...

Orange (Anime) add
Anime is good, but manga is better. I could predict some of the events, the journey was still compelling because I enjoy character-driven dramas that explore friendship, grief, and redemption.

The art style suits the tone of the story well. It’s soft and delicate, which complements the emotional weight of the narrative. The backgrounds are beautiful and atmospheric, subtly reinforcing the mood of each scene. While it may not be the flashiest animation, it carries a quiet beauty that matches the gentle melancholy of the plot.

The characters are perhaps the strongest part of Orange. They are flawed and human. The pacing can be slow, and ...
