A classic for me. I watched this when it came one Toonami. A movie by the same studio as Wolf Children and The Girl Who Leapt Through Time. This film stars a young lad playing a MMO-like game that quickly evolves into a deadly real life situation. With his family behind his back, no missile stands a chance.
Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood
Finally, the anime that nearly everyone knows. For those who don't: two lads try to bring their mother back to life and end of regretting it. One looses an arm and a leg while the other lost his entire body. They are one a quest to get their original bodies back.
