Some of the characters were ok... But the plot devolved into a kind of generic, "friendship, yay!" -type thing by the end.
If you liked Alice in Borderlands for the character driven and action plot, this has some character development, but... It's honestly kind of boring. The illustrations were pretty cool, though (like how the backgrounds changed as the story progressed).
