I am being generous to give this anime 5 Stars.
Its painful to watch your favorite anime turns into garbage.
In my opinion, the main problem is clearly not about low budget or tight schedule.
I think the term of One Frame Man is relevant here.
Saitama appearance is less than 5% from whole 12 episodes.
This anime fate is settled when they put the most awaited characters such as Saitama, Genos, King, Bang, and Fubuki into one place, and make it rarely appeared.
