I am almost certain that this is the legendary Saki Sanobashi anime. It has way too many similarities with what the OP described and the few things that don't match could very well be the OP misremembering or they watching a poor quality version of this and who knows how bad the sub was.

I watched a lot of horror films and violent anime. Very rarely do they affect me. Well, this one made me feel so unconformable that I needed to pause it and rethink my life decisions.

I didn't watch it with subs, but this this brutal fetish torture porn, so doesn't really matter if ... I get some details wrong. So tl;dr the eldest daughter gets kidnapped by thugs who r*pe her. The thugs consist of a nasty old man whose their boss, his subordinate, a violent female member and two henchmen who do what they're told. They lure the girls mother to the basement, trap her and also r*ape her. Then the boss gets the younger daughter and forces her to watch how unspeakable things (involves an enema) get done to her sister and mother. He then takes her upstairs, where he and the female member of his gang r*pe. Midway the woman leaves to torture the two women trapped in the basement with the rest of the gang. We get a very horrid visual of her losing her virginity there. Not gonna lie, I nearly threw up at this scene. The girl then bites of his penis and runs to the shower, while the old guy gets crushed by a statue which smashes his head, so that his eyes roll on the ground. Lovely... Then the subordinate enters the room to see the boss, but he hears the shower and sees the girl in it. He proceeds to take advantage of the situation and while distracted the girl takes a razor and deservedly kills him in a very deserved overkill way. We then once again see the rest of the thugs torturing the two women, when they suddenly notice that something is weird. Turns out the little girl threw over some canisters of gasoline, setting the whole basement on fire, killing both the thugs as well as her mother and sister. Apparently revenge and honor killings instead of calling the police is the way to go... Anyways, we then see her leaving the building just as it begins to snow.
What a charming story... Doesn't help either that the young girl looks a lot like Rosalie from Lady Oscar, who committed suicide because she didn't want to be married to an old rich predator at the age of 12. Wonder if she was the inspiration for the girl here...
Well, congrats saki, you're just as horrible as the OP described and you certainly do look like an abomination shared around the deep web. Bad 70s looking animation, horrid visuals, torture, r*pe and no substance.


Good things: Well, I'd say we found Saki Sanobashi. We would need the confirmation of the OP, but we don't even know who that person is and maybe said person doesn't even know they unintentionally started a search for a lost anime. Who knows... who cares.
Oh, good tings about this anime? Well, the music at the end when the girl gets revenge on her torturers is quite nice, would have preferred if it wasn't related to this though.

Bad things: Everything else.

There's shock value and then there's this. No normal person can watch this and say they like it. Frankly, only a deranged psychopath with a torture fetish can enjoy this and those should be locked away from society. And in case someone actually got turned on by this... get help.
