...then you might like Ginga Ojousama Densetsu Yuna: Kanashimi no Siren add

Both are fast paced comedies with heavy magical girl themes staring a pair of of sisters with comedic supporting casts. Neither OVA goes out of its way to explain much of the setting-they're both video game adaptations so the expectation is you were already familiar with the material-but both have managed to create a product that is fun to watch without having played the games. The animation quality in both OVAs is excellent and, since they both released in the same year, are very similar stylistically despite not sharing staff between them.
