At the end of season 2, it seemed as though mob had become a fully developed character. That was until the end of this season. He finally has accepted his powers, and chose to live a life with them, but not letting it be his defining trait. My only complaint about this season is that it is the end for mob, and there will be no season 4. The story takes several unexpected turns, however, unlike some anime where the turn is overly dramatic, this keeps it some what realistic, at least in the sense about finding yourself during adolescence.
