If you love light and cute Shoujo Ai Anime then this will be right up your alley.
Why I scored it an 8 (Likes)
...
I would say the characters, especially our MC's Okudaira, Akira & Manjoume, Fumi. Akira is a very fun character with a big heart, you will always be rooting for her and then you have Fumi who you think you figured out but then some episodes her personality can take you by surprise in a good way.
Why not score it higher? (Dislikes)
Story is not concluded in the Anime.
Well, I believe the Anime is meant to drive manga sales and does a very good job at that as the Anime leaves you wanting a lot more. Definitely peeked my interest in the manga and I don't read manga at all.
P.S. I am not an Anime, light novel or manga expert. Just my thoughts written down. If I made a factual mistake about the show please let me know so I can correct it :)

10 (A masterpiece!)
It was so good I watched it more that 10 times. I even tried to convince my non-anime watching friends and family to try it out, even drawing them pictures and timelines of the plot. Sometime I even bribe them to try it out!
9 (There was something very special about it!)
The show had one or multiple qualities that I loved, example:
It made me laugh my butt off
Was able to play on my emotions
Outstanding soundtrack
Made me want to improve my own life.
Thought about the show weeks on end after watching it.
8 (Was a great ride, will ride it again)
Show was great, will re-watch in the future.
7 (Glad I watched it)
Was very enjoyable but will not re-watch.
6 (Was Meh)
I question myself if it was a waste of time or not.
5 and below (Most probably dropped it)
