Well we are back to seeing our weirdly assembled family, trying to survive their family dynamics, fulfill their missions and somehow still have a cozy time.
In this season of Spy x Family, are we once again following our trio of Loid, Yor and Anya. This time we see them in more long form plots, with us getting to see more detailed situations and some truly interesting stories. With it we also start to get a better understanding of who the characters are, and maybe some of the reasoning for being who they are.
The plot in this season is divided up in more arcs than single
...
episode stories, which gives room for some more intricate plots and builds something more detailed. The season does still have smaller stories, but are more equally spread out between the larger arcs. Looking at the arcs, are they carrying some indepth story details into the show, giving more character and world development with it. One thing that is overall different for this season is the plot being more connected, which gives the season a feeling of the plot intensing and the story moving a bit closer to some major story moment. This connection is present both in the shorter stories and the story arcs. Together the plot is overall very nice for people invested in the story, but are losing a bit of the one episode moments that were more present in previous seasons.
When looking at the characters, this season is great for them. The season starts to expand on aspects of the characters that were previously left behind, with us getting some very nice character progression and background shown. It is done through some of the arcs told in this season, with us getting all the details we could want. This also makes it possible to start deepening the relations between the characters, opening up for some great future progression. So the characters and their personal progression are really great this season, and follows well with the way the plot is done.
Production quality of the season is very nice, with it keeping the same design as the previous season, while evolving on what they had. The animation is great with it still knowing how to match the tone of the scene, switching between action and comedy scenes very nicely. Design also fits the previous season with only minor things being changed, with some smaller upgrades in quality. To be honest, not much to mention here, other than it is still great and it evolves on what previous seasons have done.
To conclude it all, it's a great season, with it starting to take the plot and the characters to the next phase, bringing more intense plot and more character progression. So if you liked the previous season, and want to see the plot thickening, can i only recommend watching this season as well.

Equality and corrupt nobles are issues that can be very hard for a society to solve, but it could become very simple if you just use the power of your fists. At least that's what this show says.
In this anime do we follow Scarlet, who is a noble lady that gets dumped by her prince fiance, since he is in love with someone else. But she is not sad, she is relieved and decides to solve it the best way possible, by punching people straight into next week. This is a recurring theme, but who dislike seeing a pretty woman punching terrible people.
The plot of
...
the show follows Scarlet and a few of the people around her, but with the majority on her. Since Scarlet is born from high nobility, a lot of the show’s plot follows issues between nobles and struggles in her home country as a whole. This gives the plotlines a rather serious tone with the issues having an effect on a large number of people, but they are often solved in a very direct way. Which gives the plot high stakes but easy to follow resolution which is simple and satisfying to watch, making the plot rather enjoyable.
Looking at the characters of the show is once again much of the focus on Scarlet, but luckily she is made rather well. Scarlet is made from some rather simple character traits, but they are shown in the right way. For she is not a flat character with no details, but is a person with a very straightforward look at the world, making her personality also somewhat simple but understandable. It also pairs very well with the characters around her, since many of them are schemers or more political characters, giving a dynamic that feels refreshing. But the side characters as a whole are in some ways both detailed and not, because they show signs of clear details, but they are not expanding upon. This doesn’t really take away from the show but feels slightly odd. Though overall, Scarlet is well made with some fitting supporting characters and together really makes the plot enjoyable to watch.
The animation and design style of the show is also something that really adds to the show, since they truly know how to show elegance while throwing your punches. For the animation they know how to both do it with the right amount of detail and at the right pacing, being able to use beauty to throw some humor into the action. The design also really helps with showing the humor amidst action, with how they use colors and character designs, giving it a very vibrant visual experience. These together help make the foundation for the show and is something that just improves what the plot and the characters bring.
Overall it is a great anime, knowing how to balance action and comedy. So if you like a good fantasy or an aggressive lady, can i only recommend watching this show.

We all have tried to make a character in MMO, become the strongest player in the game, lose a 1 vs 7 and then get isekaied as your character. Well it is atleast what is happening here.
In this anime do we follow the main character Lufas, who has been isekaid into his game character from the game Exgate. We then follow them as they have to figure out what this world is and attempt to find their allies they knew from the game, in hopes of finding some sense in this situation.
The story of this show is great, with them knowing how to take the
...
very stereotypical isekai plots and then twisting them into something fresh. The plot follows a fairly straight forward pattern, with them having clear destinations. But what happens on the way and when they reach their destinations is what makes this both classic and unique. For the show's plot knows how to slowly drag the viewer into the deep plot, with only small crumbs at a time, leaving the viewer hungering for more, making you more and more invested in the plot. Overall, does the plot both give the familiarity you know in a fantasy isekai, while dragging you into a thick complicated plot you know nothing of, really making a plot worth watching.
The characters off the show are also rather intriguing, with us having the main character Lufas and a variety of side characters. Lufas is a character that has a complicated story, since we follow both the guy isekaid and his thoughts, but he has to live with the legacy that the real Lufas left behind. This gives an internal struggle of personal self and what the world expects from the person he has taken over, which they perform with a good balance. The side characters are also truly interesting, for even though they mostly seem very easy to read on the surface, there is surprising depth to them like there might be something unknown. Which intrigues you into not only watching what Lufas does, but what the people around her do and is it matching what you expect. Together it crafts a net of characters and their interaction that functions well with the plot and enhances the story of the show.
Looking at the production quality it was surprisingly high, with it having great designs, great animation and great choice of voice actors. The design of the show is really nice with them having unique and classic designs for the characters, world and monsters, mixing familiarity and something new. Animation was high quality both in and out of combat, showing both high speed action scenes and detailed facial expressions, making the fights amazing and the characters relatable. But one thing that really felt good was the choice of voice actors for Lufas and Dina. They truly did an amazing job, since their roles sometimes required unique ways to do it. Combined was the production quality, something amazing that really made it possible to convey this great story.
In the end, I can only say this is a great show that breathes some fresh air into the isekai genre. So if you like a good fantasy isekai, can i only recommend watching this show.

We are back to the second part, maybe we get to see the rest of the party? Maybe Tino can catch a break? But let's be honest, Krai will not be allowed to retire.
In the 2nd part of the show do we once again follow Krai and his guild members, with them going on new trips and exploring what comes with it. We also get to see a lot of other characters around them having to keep up and somehow try and survive the chaos that unfolds around Krai.
The plot of the season is split into two major arcs, each showing different sides of the
...
group and Krai himself. The story in the arcs follow a similar rhythm with them starting on fairly relaxed which then exponentially increases the amount of craziness, really leaning on the humor and action of the show. What really drives the plot forward is the viewer asking themselves “how did he solve that?” or “how did we get here?”, which works fairly well since it gets the viewer invested. So it is a fairly successful story that really gets the viewer invested in all the shenanigans that follow.
Looking at the characters of the show has there been some real progress compared to the first part of the season. Looking first at Krai we get to see other aspects of him then just being lucky and careless, we get to see him take action and show some traits befitting a man in his position, which gives him the depth that was lacking before. Side character wise are more introduced, and thereby the cast expanded, which often can be an issue since it often results in watering down their personalities. But it works rather well here, since the characters are not deep with complicated stories, but are strong personalities that perform better with a variety so they can entangle and give more interesting character interactions. Together are the characters improving and giving more to the show's narrative, and therefore improving the show's quality.
Production quality is the same as the previous season with the same design and artstyle carrying through. Animation is overall looking nice, with them switching between simple and detailed animated fights scenes, and the same going for the scenes out of combat. The voice acting was also very nice, with their tones in itself showing what type of characters we were meeting, making it nice and easy to follow. This overall gave a nice foundation for the plot and the characters to work from.
To conclude, is it a good continuation of the previous part, with them following the same style of show, but with some improvement. So if you liked the previous part can i only recommend watching this part as well.

It has been a long run, but we are at the end of the show, one final season, one chance and an unknown future to come. Will All Might and Deku win over true evil, or will their world crumble to dust, it is all decided now.
In this final season of My Hero Academia we are seeing the end of the story, with the final battles being fought and us seeing what happens to the victors and the losers. This is done with a fast start into All Might’s fight against All For One, then transitioning into what follows and afterwards on to the end
...
of this long lasting trial. All made with a great animation quality, amazing pacing and some incredible moments.
The plot of this season is really something, for this is the final climax and the final resolution, the season has to tie a knot on everything left behind, while making it feel like the characters are left where they should be. The plot of the season first has to finish the two last fights against All For One and Shigaraki respectively, which it does flawlessly. It knows how to push you to the edge of your seat, before knocking you back and keeping you invested all the way through, especially since it keeps a pacing that feels natural, since there are no cut corners or too long moments. While keeping the fights themselves entertaining, do they also know how to make the viewer invested, by successfully using the characters and the world they have built up through so many seasons. This together gives some ending fights that are truly amazing and fitting for the final climax of the show.
Next the plot dives into the epilogue where we get to see how the characters are left off. This is not done with short descriptions but is done with the right amount of detail, showing how the events of the show have affected the characters right after and in the far future. It is done fairly detailed for the time shortly after the end, and with more open descriptions for the future ahead, leaving it more open for the viewer's imagination. Which is fitting, giving both a concrete and an open ending to the many characters and plots.
Together the plot is amazing and really showed how to finish off a long show, with many characters having influenced it and developed it.
The characters are being finished and polished, we see the end of their story and with it, the end of their individual character progression. So for the season we see the ending of the last characters arcs, and then we see what future awaits for all the characters we got to meet throughout the show. It is done beautifully, first seeing the end for the last couple of characters being done with care and details, giving them a fitting end. Followed by seeing all their futures, which matched the characters, but was not always expected, giving a satisfying ending not just to the characters but to the world of My Hero Academia.
Production qualitywise is this season absolutely amazing, with it making the ending of this show shine even brighter. Animation is beautiful, detailed and incredible at showing these high intense action moments, with nothing left wanted. It is done with keeping the same style we are used to through all the other seasons, just done with the quality matching a true ending. Other than just keeping animation incredible, the voice acting and music are done incredibly well, with immense passion and attention to the moments, supporting them and really striking home. The production quality is a platform that really matches what the plot and the characters come with, making the end next level.
To conclude it all. This is a beautiful ending to a show with its ups and downs, it truly ends all the stories and leaves our heroes and villains in a position fitting them. I can only recommend watching this final season, to see the end of this long story.

Kafka is back to fighting more kaiju’s and so is everyone else! The enemies grow tougher, and so does the defense force!
In season two, do we start off shortly after where we left in previous season, so we get to see both Kafka and his friends having to temporarily go elsewhere after the fight that ruined their base. We then see them having to face the escalating situation with the kaijus, which is done with some great combat scenes and some tough moments.
The plot of the season very much follows the previous season, with it not tacking a turn but building further up on it.
...
It does follow some types of story arcs, with there being a very smooth change between each of them, and mostly hiding the arcs in themselves. Pace wise the show is good at maintaining a pace that both goes high and low, giving viewers space to breath and digest, while also making it feel natural. The type of plot though is still very much action, with it mostly being around action or building people up to be more invested in the action, which is in some ways simple, but also dedicated to what the show wants to showcase. So the plot is almost only an action plot, but a very smooth and nicely made one, one that makes you invested and gives you time to enjoy it.
Looking at the characters they are all very much the same as last season, with new characters still following the same style of character design. First, looking at our main characters, they are still very much the same people, but we see them affected by the previous seasons and we see them progress further, as new challenges arise. The side characters are a mix of old and new characters, with some from the previous season taking a back seat. As whole though are they still getting their deserved amount of detail, with them being shown changing or with us learning more about them. This combined gives a comfortable, but very dynamic cast of characters. Where you feel like you know them, but still learn more about them.
Production quality of the show is very high, with them having great attention on animation, design and sound. Animation is top notch, with smooth combat scenes, a more fun style when fitting and doing even small animation details, both in fight scenes and out of them. Design wise is just as great as last season, with both cool, pretty and somewhat creepy designs showing up. Truly creating a modern world where monsters are not uncommon, and done with only reasonable reuse of assets and not just out of cost efficiency. A note to sound design are the kaiju sounds, since they are done with a very limited reuse of them, which is refreshing and helps make the monsters unique. With all of this, the production value of the show is very high and truly makes it enjoyable to watch.
Concluding this all, can i only say its a great action anime, with good plot, characters and production quality. The only drawback is that it is very much an action show, but a great one at it. So if you like action can i only recommend watching the second season.

One more season, now with more focus on the beast people and their nations, as we try to help Raphtalie out of her difficult situation.
In season 4, are we focusing on where we left off, with Raphtalia being hunted by her home country. We see the group trying to find a way to get to the country and hopefully solve the confusion of her challenging the emperor for the throne. This is shown with the same level of detail as the previous season, but with a more clearer plotline.
When looking at the plot, is it an improvement of the previous season, with the season following
...
two major arcs and is consistent with their progression. The plot is very clear, with us knowing where we go, while still giving room for some twists and turns keeping still some unknown factors. There is clear reference to some of the earlier plotlines while also carrying over to what comes next, thereby fitting nicely into the previous seasons plot. But the plot is still suffering from one issue, since it still feels disconnected from where the show started and seems to be moving away from that essence. So the plot is fine, but is just missing some of the show's original essence.
The character we follow is very much the same as usual, with some change between the side characters. The main cast is as usual Naofumi, Raphtalia and Filo, where the main focus is on Naofumi and Raphtalia. We see them as they have to face different issues and make decisions, where they have to weigh themselves against others needs and wishes. Side character wise is there a large cast, with most of them being very bland, since only a few are in focus and actually get to have a progression in their characters. This leaves the show slightly bland, for even though two of the main characters and some side characters have some real change, does the large cast just leave a wish for more and wash out the change that is happening.
Looking at the production quality of the show is there a clear difference between the level of design and animation. Design wise the show is very nice, with some interesting designs, that show differences in culture and much more. But when comparing it to the animation is it a lot more complicated, since the animation is just fine for the slow scenes, giving just what it needs. But when looking at the combat scenes though, does it feel lackluster, like there should be more to it, not enough frames and not enough details. So the production quality is really a hit and a miss, since it does some stuff right, but really fails at some points too.
To conclude it, the show is fine, but not impressive. So I would recommend watching the season if you are a big fan of the story, but if you just want something to watch I would probably go elsewhere.

Once again a person has been thrown out of the Hero’s party, joins a new group, and suddenly is the hero party struggling with even basic quests. Maybe the guy they threw out was useful.
In this show are we following Lloyd, who was trained by Merlin and then went out to join the Hero’s party as their white mage. He is then kicked out of the group, with a feeling of being useless, but after some luck is recruited into an S-rank adventurer group. We then follow the S-rank party as they have to deal with different challenges.
The plot of the show is very classic
...
fantasy with its fundamental structure, but gives some more buildup then other similar shows. So the plot starts with an introduction of the world, which then is followed by the classic scene you see from this type show. After that is the show then focusing on arcs that further evolves the lore and setting, that also carries some more interesting moments. But overall the plot is very easy to follow, predictable and quiet basic, not necessarily bad, but is just lacking something that makes it stand out and more entertaining.
Looking at the characters, is it a pleasant surprise that all the characters in the group seem to be detailed to about the same degree. All five members of the group have their own personality and goals, with some different characteristics. Lloyd does get some extra attention with some more details, which also helps push the show in specific moments. But this gives a more interesting group, with not only one person being one making choices. Though overall the characters are very simply written, with a limited amount of details, which makes them easy to read, and leaves little space for surprises. Looking at the side characters though, do some of them seem more interesting then the main cast, since they have secrets, and are not as easily read, which leaves an odd feeling when comparing the two.
Production quality is slightly over basic level, since animation and design is not bad, but not rather impressive either. Animation of the show is simple and in fight scenes slightly slow, and most monsters are CGI, but is not trying to seem like more then what they are so it doesn’t feel bad to watch. Design wise the show is nicely designed, but has a lot of assets reused a lot, which becomes repetitive. Thereby production quality is not bad, but is probably average overall.
To conclude it all is the show fine, it is doing okay in all aspects and not failing in something specific, so if you want an easy to watch fantasy anime, can i recommend it, if not would i watch something.

We continue from where we left, with Momo stuck in an Onsen, while Okarun and Jiji are investigating the weird room in the house. Hopefully a rational solution will be found.
Once again we are following Momo and Okarun, as they have to deal with more supernatural phenomena, both from earth and from space. The season starts out with finishing the arc that we were left on, with them progressing into future arcs afterwards. It keeps very much the same aesthetic as the last season, and expands from the fantastic foundation that was made.
For this season's plot we of course start with finishing the arc that
...
we last season finished on, and followed by a smooth transition into what comes next. The overall structure for the plot is made up of a few major plot points, having some smaller plot points put in between them, as a way to transition between the major events. This gives a very good effect, since it doesn’t feel like there are any hard skips, but instead are a rounding ending into a smooth opening for what comes next. This structure also gives a natural high and low in the speed of the plot, which gives room for different types of interactions, while also letting the viewer breath in between the intense moments. The story in itself also really match well with the previous season and carries the exact same essence as before, which combined with the plot structure, gives a truly satisfying story to follow.
We still mainly follow Momo and Okarun, but have a secondary main cast with Aira and Jiji, who are together supported by the other characters in the show. The two main characters have carried over their original essence, but continue their growth throughout the season, with both subtle and blunt challenges, which forces them to grow. They are also very much helped by Aira and Jiji, who both have their own challenges to deal with and though not as much, also face their issues and have to learn from them. The four of them together are supported/challenged by the other characters, which either have their own personality or quirks, so they seem alive and independent from others. All combined gives it a very real feeling to the characters, with some very dynamic relations between them.
The production quality of the season is as high if not a bit higher than last season, since they keep up both the animation quality and the amazing unique design. Specifically the animation is so smooth and detailed, that it really sucks you in, they know how to do both the fast pace and the slow pace scenes, with the right angles and switching between focus. This is paired beautifully with the design choices, since they switch between simple, over dramatic and serious designs, depending on what the moment requires. But all these different aspects are paired and timed perfectly, which is what really facilitates the plot and characters to live up to their potential.
So overall it is a great continuation of the previous season, keeping all the standards high and is a great joy to watch. So if you like the previous season, can i only recommend you watch the second season as well.

A story where you get a second chance to save the people you love, from an apocalypse that will bring the whole world you know into chaos.
New Saga is about Kyle, who was the hero that fights the demon king, but at what cost. On his way to save the world he has lost many friends and family members, so when he is brought back in time, a new chance is upon him. We then follow Kyle as he with his friends try to avoid the war that took so many lives in his past.
The plot is quite straightforward, with some points even being explained
...
in the series itself. This gives a plot that is easy to follow, but also very predictable, with only a little amount of surprising twists to it. But even though it is very easy to follow, does some of the twists still hold some weight with them, giving new aspects to the show, which is refreshing and helps the plot overall. There also is mostly the main plot, with only its minor goals to follow, and not really any other plotlines that could follow alongside the main plot. Combined is the plot very much what you expect for this type of show, but is still entertaining while being simple.
The main character Kyle, is simply a stereotypical fantasy main character, with him having the power and knowledge needed to whatever it is. This makes him rather easy to read in general and his battles easy to predict, with only some minor exceptions to it. Comparing him to the rest of the main group, are they also very easy to read, with some small twists to them, which fits Kyle but seems lackluster overall. Side characterwise there are a few characters that have something interesting to them, but most of them are very simple and bland. This together just gives some very simple characters that feel like they should have more to them, and are only carried by a few individual nuances.
When looking at the animation it is very simple, but has enough details to make it smooth enough and fairly nice to look at. The fights have the fluidness needed, even though it is only the needed animation and not something extra to make it stand out. Comparing it to the design is it also at the same point of quality, very bright colors and reuse of the same assets multiple times. The design in itself is not bad, but could really be helped by having some more to it, such as more variety.
At the end when compiling it all, is the show not bad, but not really something special. It’s fine to watch, but it leaves a feeling of something missing, like there should have been more to it. So if you want a simple fantasy anime to watch, can i recommend it, but otherwise i would recommend something else.
