He cant be this dumb is a relatevely short rom-com manwha. It started as a really cringy and boring read if I have to be honest, to the point where I was almost dropping it after a couple of chapters... but I decided to go through with the read. What can I say, Im happy I did! Its not the best romance manwha ever so dont expect too much, but it was overall really enjoyable.
