[Part 1] This part aims to help you to decide whether to watch the show or not.

In a nutshell:

You should watch this show if:

- You're searching a lighthearted show, but with a FUN STORY that actually makes you eager to see the end
- You like comedy, because it WILL MAKE you laugh at least few times almost every episode.
- You want to see some out-of-the-box characters.

... You should NOT watch if you:

- Hate incomplete stories, because almost everyone who liked the anime yearned for the second season to see the development
- Are looking for a serious, balanced premise to the story, because there are plot holes that may irritate you in this

[Part 2] About the categories to evaluate:

Story - 8.
It starts off with a very amusing premise and quickly jumps to the main setting that'll be the main theme of all anime. The development rate is amazing. 13 Eps can be categorized as following: 2 small stories withing a main story where the set of events happen and end quickly, the second one ending at the ep. 12.
Overall, it's a very good story for this anime.

Comedy - 8.
I put comedy as a separate category because that's of the main assets of the show. I laughed pretty hard to some scenes, giggled to others. Overall the comedy served its purpose, not to the fullest though

Sound - 7
Above average because there were unique OST fitting perfectly to a scene.

Enjoyment - 9
The only reason I can't give 10 to the enjoyment it gave me, is that I can't help but compare this nomination to other animes which kept me hours and hours stuck to the monitor wondering what'd happen next.

Other than that, fast paced development of events, good comedy (noticeably attractive face expressions being part of it), awesome fighting scenes (although few) make the anime well worth watching.

Overall - 8
Which makes me happy thinking its public score is well deserved. If I were to describe this anime in one line, I'd say:

"A balanced fun show for its story and characters with some pretty fights here and there"
