I got the same feeling while watching Nichijou. I find it extremely boring despite the fact that it got really high rating from others. So i decided to drop.

If you look at my profile, you can see that i gave almost every anime i have finished very high score, it is not that i like everything, it is just that i drop anything as soon as i find them might not be something i will enjoy, better use the time to watch other anime etc.

P.S: While i am okay with any genre, i always prefer comedy over others.

Yeah, i got it, as for "why are they still mini-stories when episodes are all 24 minutes", because that is how the manga is, full of mini-stories, the story is pretty much non-existent, like you said. Just drop it then, it is painful to watch a "comedy" that you don't find funny.

Let me answer your question about Saiki Kusuo no Ψ-nan. No story? It is made solely for comedy, like Gintama. Of course you don't find the excitement of riding roller coaster by playing chess and fishing, that doesn't mean chess and fishing is shit. It is obvious that you have very strong bias against this type of genre.
