The premise is interesting but unless you are on a current craving for stories that follow a similar "heroine separates from husband" trope, this one is on the lower end of the spectrum because of the lack of original/unique elements in this story.
The fact that the episodes are also only 5 minutes long also takes away from the experience, especially if you don't wait & binge watch several episodes in a row.
I should add though, contrary to another reviewer; I DID end up looking up/reading the source material after the first few episodes so if you're really interested I'd recommend maybe checking out the source
...
first then you can judge yourself if you'd like to watch it "animated"
I put that in quotes by the way because it has a "unique" way of being animated. Some would argue that it's "AI generated" but it basically looks a bit like "colored manga panels" that "slide" around rather than actually being "animated."
It's a bit hard to describe unless you see it for yourself (or have seen this animation-style in other series) but I personally am not bothered by such an "animation" style.
Anyhow: in this sense, the anime probably achieved it's goal of trying to garner interest in the "source material" at least from me. But definitely not everyone's cup of tea. I also would not call this "so good it's a must-see" either as I'd guarantee you I'll probably easily forget this series once it ends.

It's alternative title "Of all things, I became a Crow" pretty much sums up the hilarity of this manhwa.
While it starts off seemingly like a cliche "Isekai'd after I suddenly died" heroine story the unique twist is that the heroine ends up as a crow. You heard me right: As in the dark/black avian animal often seen as "scavengers of death".
Characters:
Without going into too much detail. The characters are very cute. There are inner monologues sprinkled about (but not overused) so we don't ever feel awkwardly "well that was pretty random..." unless it was meant to be funny, etc. They're all pretty relatable
...
too in their thoughts/mannerisms. The story also isn't always focused on ONLY the main characters-- which could be good or bad depending on how anxious you are about knowing only what happens next to the main characters...though I never thought the "change of focus" was ever forced, super long, or complete wastes of time.
Story:
Again, not to go into too much detail -some of it is predictable but its delivered in such a light-hearted/heart-warming way that it's not overwhelming (at least in my opinion) nor repetitive. But if you're not the type to like "sweet moments" you may want to look elsewhere. BY THE WAY-- if you wonder how "romantic" this gets-- so far (I've read up to ch75 when typing this) --it's nothing 'hardcore'(if you know what I mean)....SO FAR.... So if you're wondering about that, well there you go.
Art:
The art is drawn very well. It fits the mood perfectly: being silly in funny parts and serious when it's meant to be serious. Of course the characters are also drawn gorgeously when they're trying to look their best. There are also MANY VERY meme-worthy panels. The artist also OBVIOUSLY knows their comedy especially when there are parts that are "drawn a certain way" (I won't say anymore else I'll ruin it, lol).
Overall:
If you're looking for something funny, light-hearted, and [in general] cute/sweet give this manhwa a try! At the very least I'm sure you'll get a laugh from the first few chapters at the very least.

I will first start off by saying: WARNING Do NOT watch this without at least briefly reading up on what happens after the end of the regular anime series, otherwise you may risk being confused as heck.
Now...I've read the manga before checking this out but I can tell you now that it's a VERY faithful adaptation of the ending of the manga. Unfortunately that does not make it very successful as a standalone OAV, story/plot wise as you need to have read at least a couple chapters back to even remotely know what's going on.
In that sense, this is more of a "teaser"
...
for what/how it could have been animated if the tv series had continued until the end....and in that respect this is sadly nothing more than granting nostalgia for manga readers and just 'flashy sequences' for everyone else.
Otherwise the art/sound/etc are on the same level as the tv series.
(The anime art style made my eyes burn so I may be biased in that regard as well)

Ghosts, the supernatural, and mystery-- with more focus on the former two and less of the latter.
So far, each episode seems to be formatted like this:
Some character development, a mystery involving a ghost/supernatural forces, foreshadowing of a bigger plot. (And this pattern has stayed consistent on the episodes I've seen so far...)
Obviously, with a pattern like this one or all of the three has to be sacrificed and we end up with a mystery per episode that is neither challenging to us nor expanded well on. Just a plain "oh here's an issue, here's -briefly- what the characters did, and here's the solution."
It's not a
...
bad formula but for people who are expecting/wanting a more dramatic or drawn out mystery, it might not quench your thirst.
The nice thing this series does (so far) is that despite the rather short "character development" segments it is done rather cleverly and leaves you a little curious about more and whether they'll have a bigger role later. Same can be said about the segments that seem to "foreshadow something bigger" except they are even shorter and may prove more of a tease than anything.
Overall, so far it's an average standard show, it doesn't have a crazy "cliffhanger ending" pacing nor is it so slow you wished the episodes would air faster.
((Edit/Note: in the later part of the series the pattern has changed so that character/background development has become a bigger part of the episodes-- however this results in the "mystery per episode" parts needing to be stretched beyond one episode, which can be both a good or bad thing depending on whether you mind cliffhangers or not))
Neither epic nor horrible --a series that one can check out if you have the spare time to spare. But it's not a great loss if you don't check it out.

Enter a world of magic & sword fights, corrupt nobles & warring kingdoms.
Meet Sion Astal: his father was a noble and his mother a "commoner." After a twist of fate he ends up taking over the throne and is determined to change the Kingdom of Roland for the better.
It sounds very cliche at this point and all (and there's no reason why one wouldn't think that) but don't let that turn you off.
The anime keeps it happy and fun be following the journey of Ryner Lute and Ferris Eris whom -under Sion's orders- are on a "secret mission" to seek out the Legendary Hero relics
...
in the name of "world peace"! Or something like that.
Again, it might sound cliche but the fact that Ryner and Ferris were forced to work together and each have their personal quirks make all of their interactions so amusing to watch.
(For example: Ryner -the real main character of the show- is the laziest guy ever and always prefers to take naps over doing anything. Ferris is a beautiful "assassin" who's quick to resorting to violence [[at least towards Ryner]] easily twists and misinterprets situations in weird ways and [arguably] is only devoted to dangos [A kind of dessert/snack made up of several sweet sticky mochi-like balls that are "shish-kabobbed" on long thin sticks]
Throw in a few more characters with equally weird quirks/moments and magic & mystery behind the Legendary relics and you've got potential for a amusing and fun series!
However it's not all fun and games as something dark & mysterious is also hidden beneath the plot....
I recommend checking out this anime to anyone who's interested at all in anime with this type of setting/backdrop and those who like a good mix of action and comedy but also don't mind dark twists/drama, etc.
----------------------------
My personal ratings and few other random comments:
((This part down here has now been changed to reflect my impressions up to episode 18))
Story: 9
** The political side (aka Sion's side) of the plot can be rather confusing & unclear sometimes if you're not paying attention especially towards the beginning but if you get the general gist it's enough to understand everything else.
The other parts of the story are somewhat slow-paced and the episodes are constantly littered with cliffhanger endings but when it's all pieced together it's an epic story filled with a good balance of comedy and twists and those touching moments that make you feel sad for the characters.
Art: 6
**Colors are generally "soft and smooth" and not "stressful" to the eye. It also tends to use "bright colors" more than other color tones....though that's not to say the show doesn't know how to use dramatic lighting ---It's done well enough for those key dramatic moments, etc. A pretty standard yet fitting art style.
Sound: 8
**It's never bothered me so it's not bad to say the least. I think it's more or less fit in nicely with the moods of various parts as well (otherwise It would have bothered me) By the way, OP and ED songs are pretty good/catchy unlike other series I've seen.
Character: 7
**Character backgrounds are only expanded on when the episode/plot pacing finds it necessary. This can lead to a good mix of well-timed character introductions vs the not so well-timed ones. At least the main 3 (Sion, Ryner, and Ferris) do not suffer from a lack of enough character development. Overall I'd say the major characters have been expanded well like they deserve while most minor characters (and sadly- a few major characters) have yet to have a purpose established
Enjoyment: 9
**Outside of the Sion moments (Yes I'm sorry Sion...I find you mostly boring) The other parts are either action packed or full of amusing conversations/situations that even something as mundane as walking through a town or forest can turn into something amusing. I really enjoy watching every episode and always can't wait for the next to air.
Overall:
As of what I've seen so far, I give an overall score of 8...but that may change later on...
