This manga is very good..
It's light hearted and funny. The 2 mc are really good, you will see many cute and funny interaction between the 2 if them.
Don't let the early chapter make you think it's not good.this manga will keep getting better if you just keep reading it.
The progression is in the slow side, but it is steady. You will not be lead by any ass pull misunderstanding from the mangaka.
And there's no polygon trope either so it will not annoy you at all.
The side character are pretty funny. From the close circle of the friend group or the relatives. There's nothing really deep

about them but it is in the theme of the manga, so it felt natural.

Enjoyment : 9.3 it never made me bored at all, each chapter is pretty short and engaging, and also will be funny or cute chapter, sometime combination of the 2. So each chapter is really enjoyable.

The series is pretty shallow,self insert, have a mediocre drama and lack sense of tension.
The mc basically just a hypothetical "nice dude" with lack of sense of personality while the FMC is just stereotypical gal that have a lot of sex in the past but never truly in love trope. Even thou the gal have sex a lot in the past. she most of the time act like a pure hearted maiden without any sense of spicyness at all.

romance and teasing build up is meh at best and mostly kinda bad. There's no sense of leap and bound moment in this story at all.
This series is the definition and the fantasy of the "I can treat her better" dudes out there.

Reading this felt like eating an artificial chemically infused big corpo sandwich bread that recently gotten stale. It passable if you got nothing else just don't except any flavor or crispyness of a good bread.

This manga is FLUFFY certified
Ok this review will contain spoiler about tropes that you will get but not the plot
The positive things first
1. It doesn't have triangle trope. there's potential of it at the start but it fade away rather quickly(which is in my opinion is a rather good thing)
2. Pretty good art. Some panels are pretty some are decent but nothing that could be considered bad.

3: good smut scene it's pretty hot and bold for the main couple.
4. You will get 2 types of a relationship one is pretty bold and the one that is vanilla
5.the characters are talking about misunderstandings rather than let it spiraled into an annoying will they won't they
Ok next is the kinda complicated parts(it's not MIXED but just COMPLICATED) at the start it can get be pretty bold and kinda shock you. Even it can lead you to think that this is a hentai or a twisted love story but it is not. It mellow out over the time filled with cute moments and heart aching dramas. it even got me teary at one point. But it's not a tragedy story at all so you don't even have to worry about diving head first into the story.
This story doesn't really have negative parts. But if I could nitpick it would be
1. It doesn't really have comedy(it's really a nitpick because it's still really good even when it doesn't have it)
2. The only important characters are 4 peoples there's nothing really going on aside from the 1st and the 2nd couples. So if you looking for side characters that full of life you wouldn't get it here.
There's many positive things about this manga, It have it's suspense of dramas from time to time and there's nothing inherently negative about it unless if you nitpick some parts of the plot, tropes or story. And it doesn't really bore you because the story are linear and always moving so it can be really good at times.

it still not finished tho the 2nd couples just start raring their gear and going into the relationship direction. so the score can definitely improve or decrease depend on how the mangaka take the plot moving forward.

This is one of my favorite josei of all time. And CERTIFIED FLUFF. And it has a very romantic smut.
It rather use a common trope which is childhood friends that become lover when they reach adulthood. But it's a very well told story with enough spice that I sometimes crave it and make me want to read it again from time to time.
Ok I will explain it's greatest points first.

horrible to each other and still make it an interesting manga. This manga excel in maintaining it's main couple as an believable adult that love each other and want to work on their relationship.
Instead of misunderstanding trope that spiraling into chaos you got an adult that try to talk and believe each other. instead of won't they will they cliche Its a journey about 2 adult that faces with their struggles, whether risking their current relationship or advancing it,struggle about co habitation,jealousy over past ex, struggle in their work life and adjusting to their new relationship without shattering and undermining the past one. It's great when an adult characters try to talk things out and facing the struggles together rather than some annoying misunderstanding that will annoy you to the oblivion.
The manga is well paced and the story doesn't feel too long or too short,it just felt like the right amount to enjoy the maximum fluffyness that you can get.
The drama is well told and well explained it filled with the usual tropes that can happen within the story. And it doesn't get extended beyond when the drama get annoying. Instead just the right amount to spice the manga up without losing its wholesomeness.
The art is good when it have to, simple and chibi when it need to and some panels are just gorgeous and perfect for my liking.
The main characters are complex but not too complex, the mangaka will really make you believe that they are adult with flaws but not make them too complicated to the point of annoyance or simple twisted stuff. Some of The side characters are good some are just average.
The sex scene are hot and fluff it make my heart flutter and enchanted when it happens.
The plot not overly complex but well told. There's some people that say the drama near the end is annoying but for me myself I can relate to their struggle. because I have been experiencing it first hand. where distance is a factor and will put a strain on a relationship.
The weak point in my opinion is the story line about the ex. Well it's not bad, it's good but it's just pale in comparison with the other arcs.
Some side character are good some are just average but if you read the sequel it will add more understanding to one of it weakest supporting characters and make her one of the best within the context of the story. There's no bad characters all characters serve their purposes and some even exceed my expectation.

It's just hit me in the right spot. Whether When I first read or when I re-read it. Some people may disagree but this is one of the most enjoyable smut josei romance that I have ever read.

It's a well crafted manga for a younger shoujou audience. It has a simplistic tone,cute art,overdone trope but it is very enjoyable and fun. Just don't expect anything deep or thoughts provoking.
I DEFINITELY NOT THE TARGET AUDIENCE, but it is still a fun read.
As a said before, the plot is simple,plain and it full with overdone trope. it can sway some people to think it's a boring manga but as a 29 yo man that mainly read seinen and shounen(and in a shoujou/josei journey) it still is pretty enjoyable and fun.
It's strong point is definitely the main couple. They are simple but also cute and

interesting. The side characters are often too simple but again they hasn't been expanded much. But there's potential for them to be more interesting in the future though.
My summary will be it's a pretty enjoyable and fun manga. it's like a good homecook who have pretty basic ingredients that want to cook a rather simple dish. The result are pretty good, nothing too fancy but it's also very comforting and made with love.

Plot : 4 it's basic and predictable some people will definitely bored for how simplistic this manga is.
Characters : 8,8 the main couple and the maid is pretty funny and fun. I get quite a few giggle from their interactions.
Art : 7 its good nothing fancy but it also have a few beautiful line artwork.
Enjoyment : 7,5 so far pretty entertaining but I definitely not the target audience. And I might change the score depend on how the mangaka crafted the plot and expand the side characters.
It is still in early stage and I hope the mangaka can give some depth to the characters which is now currently lacking.

This is certified slop. I have read many adult cast romance. From the one that just casually sexual and the 30 something virgin trope. but for the very least they act like an adult once in a while and you kinda get that adult feeling in the tone of the relationship. But this manga definitely is not one of those because the tone that the mangaka give is definitely a middle school romance vibe. It's just kinda bizzare and annoying.

the middle school vibe while being an adult is just felt so wrong. it's basically a self insert manga with a heavy fan service centric core.
It would be better in my opinion if the cast are high schooler or maybe younger. It's just off putting and bizzare at times.

Art : 8 (The mangaka definitely draw hentai and know how to draw a seductive idol type)
Plot : 4 (I can't just remember anything because the annoying interaction between the mc)
Character : 3 (pretty uninteresting and kinda over the top in an annoying way)
Vibe : 1 (the middle school vibe is such a turnoff kinda kill the mood while reading it)
I don't know what to tell you. it's not goon enough to call it a fan service manga but the characters is also not interesting enough to grip you while reading it. The only saving grace is the art which is pretty good. If you want an interesting adult cast manga you better read 'changes of heart' and 'sweat and soap' if you want the smut or 'dame na watashi' and 'wotakoi', if you want the ones without it. This manga is self insert to the max with a pretty uninteresting characters. so if you in the mood for some slop it would satisfy your need but if you want an interesting manga I wouldn't recommend it to you.

I have already written 2000 word essay review on how much disappointment this manga is. But it's a shame it get deleted accidently so I will just gonna give you few keyword.
ITS A CUCK MANGA AND NOT FLUFFY JOSEI BE CAREFUL..
All the characters is horrible people except the ML. They are not terrible in a sense that is interesting,funny or cunning. They are terrible because they have no redeeming quality. Even though it's supposed to be josei fluffy and marketed as such.
But it's nothing than a cuckold story. in this entire manga the ML will suffer a lot I mean a lot lot.....
The 2ML AND

FML is terrible characters,person and human being and they also stale and uninteresting. Just don't read it. the only redeeming quality of this manga is the art which is quite decent but anything else is garbage. Not even slop mess or guilty pleasure. Straight up garbage wrong doing never been punish or address while the ML suffering are ignored. The 2ML is manipulative and a snake and yet the mangaka try to make him look innocent.
The FML is the worst she is dumb,insensitive,arrogant,bitch and naive. I hope her character die in the end of the story. instead she rewarded with the main lead even tho she is the source of all his suffering.
THIS MANGA IS NOT A GAME OF CONFESSION TROPE MANGA. ITS A CUCKOLD STORY THAT DISGUISED THEMSELF TO BE FLUFFY. FULL OF INSUFFERABLE CHARACTERS AND TERIBBLE PEOPLE EXCEPT FOR THE MC. HE IS NOT EVEN A CUCK BUT MY MAN CANT EVEN CATCH A BREAK BECAUSE OF TERRIBLE PEOPLE AROUND HIM.
