Both have MCs that are leaders of secret organizations and are oblivious to how impactful that organization is. Both MCs are also OP and have cult like loyalty by their followers. I think that if you like either of these Manga/Manhwas, you will definitely like the other.

Both Mangas/Manhwas have a MC that gets put inside of a video game as a "Trash" Villian and are forced to live with the Villians reputation, while also being forced to have the same personality as the villain that they took over. They obviously have different plots and art styles, but if you like either one of these Manhwas/Mangas, you will like the other.
