If you would like a slice of life show set on a resort island, but with Pokémon ; then I really do think you should watch the show.
This is a really short review, cause there's not really anything bad I can say -- Pokémon Concierge is a genuinely gorgeous stop-motion series. Both just in comparison to other stop-motion media, but even just in general among other series; it really does just look really good. The motions are well done, and I can tell a lot of time, effort, and love went into the models and sets.
There's also some really cute bits
...
of lore here and there, mostly with how the Pokémon act and what they do. So if you've liked Pokémon for a while, I think you'll like that aspect a bit more than some people may.
Even the episodes being short is a good thing, because I know if they tried to drag out the shorter plots to full episodes; it wouldn't work. So while I do really love the series and would love more ( so excited for the next season ), this series was 100% made for shorter episodes.

I think you should, and can, just watch better anime and hentai. This doesn't really do either super well, but it's not like offensively bad either -- I guess if you have a thing for firefighters or like bad-to-alright hentai, watch it.
I am picking "Not Recommended" because I do think most people won't really like it, or will actively dislike it. -- It's a hentai about a firefighter and this girl who've been childhood friends. Seems sweet, but neither the sex they have nor their relationship itself is really noteworthy. Honestly, sometimes it was just kind of boring? Usually there's at least a
...
few moments between a couple that really cement why they're together, and why they're good together, but I never really saw any of those moments between them. Like, him saving her from the fire is kind of his job. He's literally paid to do that, I would hope he'd actively try to do that.
That being said, it is a little silly. I did find myself laughing sometimes, and just having fun with it. But I do think the reason I did find this as enjoyable as I personally did, was because I watched it with a friend. I think if I watched it by myself, I would have actively disliked it a lot more.
As a small side note, and small spoiler here ( literally first episode ), but if my apartment burned down, and I lost most of my belonging... I would not be having sex with anyone. They could have started this any other way, and I think this anime would have been a lot better if that wasn't the event that caused everything. Even just a smaller fire, like a kitchen fire or something, could have worked just as well.

Tldr. if you want a short, easy to watch anime that is pretty stupid, and you're fine with a maybe semi-okay pervy one; you could 100% like this anime. But, if you're wanting or expecting anything more than that, then I would probably suggest finding something else to watch.
While I personally rate it 4 stars, it is, critically speaking, probably a 3 at best. -- Nothing in this anime is particularly good, not absolutely awful mind you, but not really good. The characters are just kind of boring, both in terms of looks and personality, animes like this can get away with a
...
lot more with their characters since that's the main draw, but none of the girls in the show really stood out.
And even if you're watching this specifically to look at chubby anime girls ( completely fair, me too ), it's not that great for that either. Tbh the way the women are drawn is sometimes fine, but other times it's just odd? Like, proportion and anatomy wise, and none of that is helped with the just decent animation. Which stands out more because the motion they're wanting, and working out, like dancing, is not the easiest thing to animate. So it does stick out at some points, especially when they do dance, oh no...
In a weird way, this kind of reminds me of "Ani Tore! EX". So I guess if that helps make up your mind about it lol.

If you want a sweet, lighthearted comedy romance; watch this. -- Because as someone whose watched and read stuff like this for years, it is easily one of the best.
Hell, anyone I talk to that has seen this show loves this show. Even the people I know who pretty much only watch shōnen loved this.
There aren't many stakes, and the ones that show up are very common in slice of life ones. Things that most people will experience some time in their lives, but they balance those with the romance and comedy throughout it. I won't say what, mostly to keep this
...
totally spoiler free, but if you've watched other things in this genre you can probably guess.
The characters are well-written for the genre, being genuine enough to have more emotional scenes, while also being good for the comedy that the show wants. The main three really aiding that since they're seen together so much, having two being more air headed but having a third playing the straight man for the two.
On a good note, they don't pull a "will they or won't they" for the entire show, or even half. The main relationship starts pretty early on and settles. There are cute scenes of it being new, but they also show the maintenance that goes into any healthy relationship.

A good way to understand if you should watch it, or if you'll like it, is really simple; do you want an ecchi monster girl harem anime, including the stupidity that comes with it? -- If it's a 'yes', I absolutely can recommend it! If that doesn't sound appealing, I would skip this one.
One thing I usually get iffy on with anime, especially harem and shōnen anime, is the lack of depth with the characters. And while there are some cute characters with decent personalities, a decent amount of it is still surface level. So if you're wanting something deeper, you're only going
...
to get so much.
There are some scenes that are focused a bit more on the logistics of monster girls in a modern setting, and that does include racism. It is very surface level, though, which could be a good or bad thing based on your own opinions for a variety of reasons.
This is something that matters a lot to me, the actual MC. He has plenty of nicknames and pretty much no one uses his name, he looks super generic. But there is one thing about him that made me actually like him; he's nice. Not on a surface level or just when it's easy. No, genuinely nice and caring.
And Mero is my favorite girl from this.
