Although the quality isn't as good as the previous season, the fact that it resonated with me makes it a masterpiece! These two 8-point ratings are my personal bias, because this series is the only contemporary anime bold enough to loudly proclaim the goodness of humanity. Damn, this is purely a story about people at the top of the social hierarchy, whether in family or school settings. So-called "middle-class" my ass—there's neither youthfulness nor romance here. The dialogues are just pretentious name-dropping of highbrow works and niche terminologies. I’ve genuinely never seen an anime this detached from reality on such a fundamental level.
