I love this cartoon, the animation is beatiful, a bit does give me Disney vibes, but I don't mean that in a bad way. Well some close-ups are a bit creepy but again doesn't ruin the enjoyment of the film. The voice acting....I dunno if it was added later or was it in original version but it's enjoyable, adds the spirit to the film as it presents pure, cute wholosme film. For the story if not fluid in Japanese it's hard to understand so would prefer subtitles but again even without still enjoyed it. The music was also quit great and whimsical. This one is

Now this is quit a perfect anime.
The animation is perfect thankfully with nothing weird or ugly, quit cute to be honest. Story is simple yet still quit wholsome and sweet, but it is seen it's more aiming for kids, but again dosen't ruin the enjoyment of the film. The sound...wrll sadly the're no sound which is pity since you do see character talking and I am curious how they would sound. The characters are also quit likable. ...

Kinda right down the middle film.
Again the run time is short so the story feels crammed up and a bit rushed. Also what is lacking is any sound so it's hard to follow or understand it. Animation could be a bit better, not the biggest fan of bug-eyed characters, but again it's not the worst animation possible. Voice acting is lacking, but I understand since it's 1917 so voice acting was not on the raise back than, still you do see characters opening mouths. There is a bit of humor in this film. You can either skip this one or watch it, you decide.

Now to be honest I don't get it why this anime is so low ranked. Sure it's not perfect like also probably cause it was digitaly recreated the voice is lost since you do see characters moving mouth, and again it's quit short, but it's animated beaitufully and does have a story.
I guess the story is a guy trying to find something and returns back as a old guy. The characters are likable I guess. Again the biggest pity is the missing sound but it's not ruining the enjoyment of the anime. Despite being 1 minute of run time its short but sweet so I do ...

Kinda meh anime. Not the best, not the worst but right down the middle.
The animation could be better, not that it's ugly, but still compared to how amazing the 3 seconds short is this one is a bit of the downgread. I mean on other hand you can say this is the first anime since it's full length despite the short time, but otherwise it's just meh. The sound.....I dunno what was with the sound since where I watched the only sound was keyboard clicking noises so had to turn it off but you see characters moving mouth so dunno what happend there. The story is okay. ...

Sure it was short anime but to be honest for the year it was made it it was quit a fantastic short film. The animation is quit smooth, it's quit beatifully drawn. Again pity it's short. It reminds me of when you quickly flip the book pages to make it like a moving picture, but again this one is really smooth and fluidly moving. And to despite the short running time the story can be interpretated anyhow you wish to interpetrate it. Think of it as make your own adventure. Even doesn't need any music in the background.
So just sit back, enjoy and ... |
