There are only 5 chapters of it as of now, but I think I have a good idea of how the story is like. Its somewhat of a parody of superheroes but in the typical magical medieval world, the whole story has a comedic tone, the structure of it is rather random and the story seems to just randomly jump around scenes without it making sense, like for a second his in a forest saving someone and the next second his in his house.

fact its setting is so similar will draw comparisons with Eminence in shadow (first thing I thought when I seen it) but I don't think its that similar in all honesty (creator kinda shot themselves in the foot with making the aesthetics so similar), Phil is more of a vigilante like in the Batman sense than the secret organisation leader that Cid wanted to be or is.
Honestly the whole Hero aspect of this story so far and him saving people just seems like a lazy way for the writer to build relationships for him, like do you know the trope of the mc saving a girl from bandits and then her falling in love with him? how its always used to make a character usually a love interest or someone closer, yeah in this story that seems to be pretty much all the character relations the mc has, you'd think since its a comedy it would poke fun at this trope at the least but no it takes these moments completely serious.
Thats his hero side but his other side is the fact that his a lazy noble that just loves brothels! he constantly mentions it and being drunk in one is how he exposed his identity, but this aspect of him is really not used as anything more than a cheap and somewhat annoying gag, don't get it twisted his still your typical harem mc, the fml which is the maid basically throws herself at him and even declared that they are engaged in a party but he still ignores and acts dense about it, why? you'd think since he loves going to brothels so much he wouldn't play the dense mc game.
Overall I still think it has decent amount of potential to be somewhat fun, but so far it just doesn't seem as well thought out as I would like, on the other hand the art is very nice and polished, i love the character designs and I only read 5 chapters and the first arc seems to have just started so it could get a lot better.
