A good anime. I just wish I knew what it was about.
Well its a school slice of life that doesn't focus on one character. And switches to a different pov with each story.
Its unique. Simple. Entertaining. Good characters. Nice art style.
There really isn't anything about it I can actually criticize.
It doesn't have any cliches. It doesn't have anime stereotypes.
It is pretty short though. Surprisingly. Only 5 episodes.
The last 2 episodes are definitely the best. And I wish there was more of that story.

This anime is surprisingly good. And well written. With good characters.
My initial impressions were bad. I was expecting a bunch of obnoxious one-dimensional characters who create drama for themselves. But despite the main characters' flaws they are still likable. The MC Hachiman is very pessimistic and cynical. He is self-loathing. But he also has alot of positive attributes. I'd describe him more of a realist. You have the perfect girl Yukino. Who instead of being the typical smiling cheerful school princess who everybody loves is instead an Ice Queen which everybody hates. This is mostly due to her harsh and cold attitude to everyone. The world of Beastars is inhabited by anthropomorphic animals. Divided between the herbivores and carnivores. It stars the Big Bad Wolf (Legoshi). But he's not that bad a wolf. I dislike when an anime has no concept of what tone is.
This anime doesn't know if it wants to be a wacky comedy or a brutal anime. The characters lack any real personality and are defined by only one aspect. There is one guy who loves the idea of suicide. There is a girl who constantly molests her brother. A guy getting raped by a woman is played for comedy but honestly is kinda disturbing. I love comedy. I like wackiness. But it just doesn't work well in this anime. Just pick a tone. None of the characters are interesting. ...

Its a story of an obnoxious girl (Mihoshi) who ruined a boy’s childhood (Saku) by forcing him into doing things she likes.
And now they are reunited 7 years later and she is once again ruining his life by forcing him into doing things she likes. He is guilted into joining her stargazing club. Stargazing is her passion not his. He likes reading and should be in the literature club. Other people cant even have a moment to talk to him because she always storms in and tackles him to the floor. A brocon anime about a girl excited to have a new younger step brother. But he doesn't want a step sibling.
His father remarried and they are now all living together. Its a bunch of short 3 minute episodes about a sister showering her brother with love. If you are into brocon/siscon comedy you should find this entertaining. You also have the sweet on the outside but a witch on the inside class princess who's desperate for attention. She often butts head with the older sister. Each character has their own silly personality. The animation has a very hand drawn, brush painted look to it. The soundtrack is nice.

I am happy to see this anime get a second season.
Krai aka Thousand Tricks is back. He is accompanied by Tino (aka best girl). And the pink haired sisters Liz and Sitri. The setup and characters are as entertaining as ever. The camera constantly shows you a piece of Tino's ass in her hot pants (noice). She has a well developed personality 🍑 The setup of this anime is basically that Krai is seen as the greatest hunter of all time. Leader of the greatest team of hunter Grieving Souls. But in reality he isn't powerful at all. But people see him as this omniscient, powerful trickster god. ...

Its another one of these MC gets betrayed so becomes the “villain” type anime.
I went into this not expecting much. But for a brief moment I thought maybe this actually wont be bad. But then the MC truly utilizes his power for the first time and summons a lvl 9999 ultra rare maid girl who wipes out a powerful enemy in a single swipe. Next episode the MC has a mansion full of maids that are lusting after him... The anime is lazy male-fantasy in its purest form. Dont get me wrong. I am not anti male fantasy. Apocalypse Bringer is an ok anime that should have been a great anime.
If they cut down on the goofiness a bit. And focused more on moving the story along and not wasting time with the silly nonsense. Dont get me wrong I like the light hearted tone of the anime. And I like the comedy. But I was hoping they balanced it out with more seriousness, like the anime Overlord. I like the two main characters. Clevatess is a good anime that should have been great if it didn't drag its feet and waste time.
The story moves way too slow. And the world building isn't that great. The villains are so boring. Combat choreography is lame like most anime. Your typical anime combat that takes too long.
