I can't in good conscience keep watching this anime anymore. As someone who's read the manga, the initial cut content didn't bother me too much it mostly trimmed non-essential explanations, stats, and backstory that wouldn't have added much anyway. But starting around episode 3 or 4, the cuts escalated dramatically: entire arcs and chapters worth of material got axed for no apparent reason, turning the pacing into an unbearable speedrun that's often confusing and unearned.
The blacksmith training? Skipped completely. Any buildup to character growth, relationships, or world interactions? Rushed or gone entirely. It jumps straight into major plot points like Amelia's kidnapping without the groundwork,
