If you enjoyed the previous Nora, it’s probably best to set those expectations aside before watching this OVA. While it intended to build on the prequel, the final result feel confused and underdeveloped.
It’s hard to tell what happened in the ten months between productions, but the OVA comes across as rushed, almost like an unfinished project. The plot is practically non-existent, offering little direction or payoff, and the animation frequently resembles a slideshow. In fact it feels more like it is intended to serve as a music video then a sci-fi bounty hunter show.

What’s more relevant in this current age than a quirky story about an ‘arti’ficial intelligence gone rogue. This film takes that concept and delivers a light-hearted, low-stakes comedy instead of the usual action or horror take.
With a delightfully ditzy Nora, whose chaotic energy somehow always lands on the right answer. Through sheer enthusiasm, luck, and unexpected ideas, she manages to save the day and even form unlikely friendships along the way. If you’re looking for a story about a loveable, girl next door heroine who sidesteps danger with a smile and comes up with ideas so absurdly good that everyone else is swept along with joy, ...

THIS IS THE GREATEST FAN DUB I have ever seen. When Nintendo of America say no just do it yourself and it works so well. I honestly don't know why Nintendo of America never dubbed this movie as it would obviously been great for bringing fans into the franchise. I understand some people prefer subs but as a child's movie a dub just makes sense. Plus listening and being able to focus on all the details the movie has to offer is really enjoyable.
