It's from Katawa Shoujo. The game has a few short animated cutscenes, but unfortunately there's no actual anime.

That said, if you're looking for meaningful disability representation, it would be worth your while to check it out imo.

Yay! The lack of '009' (I think?) was the only reason I was unsure you're the same person. I was 13 and peer-pressured to feel guilt for "still liking cartoons" - and you were one of the people to encourage me online. Not sure what platform (forum?) we used back then though. But I also remember reading your SRMTHFG stuff on fanfiction.net. Wild times, heh, glad you're doing well and still love animation~
(Kids are usually bad at politics anyway, but I don't remember discussing it with you, so don't worry)
