Omniscient Reader is a story that aims to explain what it feels like to live vicariously through another world. Escapism isn't the most respected form of writing, and many times for good reason, but ORV aims to understand those who rely on it.
Kim Dokja is a protagonist that mirrors the reader, mirrors me and my experiences more than any other I have come across. I haven't lived the same life, but I have escaped to different works of fiction to escape from my own boring real life. Varies tales have been vital to my life and have saved me from varies pains of life.
...
Regardless of its few flaws, if the world draws you in or the characters make you feel seen, there will never be another world in fiction that feels quite the same, but if I believe that if you cant connect with the story being told, then despite its numerous strengths, it will be hard to appreciate this story.

The Steins;Gate world line is the avoidance of a near unavoidable disaster. Much like the world line, this show too is an impressive combination of both incredibly well written characters and a complex time traveling epic.
Time Travel has a tendency to get stuck in two pitfalls; well developed characters with a simple backdrop of time travel such as Back to the Future, or a deep dive into the mechanisms and consequences of messing with time. With Steins;Gate, though, it somehow manages to create a perfectly ept time travel story with top tier character writing and scientific formulas.
The series does fall into its own set
...
of pitfalls such as slow pacing and needless complexity, however, these flaws don't poke holes into the heart of the show. This is an anime made for fans of sci-fi adventures, and if you are one, you'd be doing a disserve to yourself by not giving it a watch.

---Based off the ep 1-3 premier---
RWBY has always been a sort of anomaly. It's strange animation and bland story is saved by the soundtrack and the late Monty Oum's great fight scenes. The charm of RWBY is what makes the show so enjoyable, but the same can't be said for Ice Queendom.
The biggest downfall of IQ is its reliance on its precursor. The story's pace can only be described as dizzyingly fast as it assumes you've already seen the original and wants to get to the new narrative it has to offer. This does open the door for a better, original
...
story from IQ, but for the beginning parts it leaves a lackluster showcase.
The second downfall of this retelling is honestly something that can't really be helped. The original soundtrack of RWBY is the centerpiece of the show and without it, many scenes don't live up to the original.
To end this off with, I want to say that the foundation for this show is definitely improved from the original. The art is honestly spectacular, and without the previous comparison the music is not bad at all. IQ is a worthwhile watch, however seems to lack the charm of the original in return for a more reliable quality.

Since Jujutsu Kaisen(JJK) ended in March of 2021, the community has been craving more of its thrilling action. The film is based on the one volume prequel of JJK, and the movie rendition of it has filled the voids left open by the manga being made before the development of its main series. The movie is undoubtedly worthy of the hype surrounding it. The biggest pros come back in full force but it also leads to it retaining the same drawbacks as season 1.
The animation in this arc is, as expected, extraordinary. The fights are the main focus and get huge movie level sakuga. Small
...
notes from the main series like Nanami’s black flash record are shown here alongside the more notable advances. Most of the fights here still aren’t able to match up to the glorious fights in the main series. The great animation isn’t only used in fights though. Slower scenes are still crafted with care and push for what you'd expect from a Mappa-made film.
Complimenting the great animation is the music. Each part of the OST accentuates the emotion of the scene and the vocal tracks are on par with ALI's Lost In Paradise.
One thing the film easily surpasses the original season with is the emotional moments. Connecting with the characters and their struggles seem much more feasible and causes much greater immersion. The less extreme personality of the main character, great music choice, and fluid animation make even the slow scenes feel meaningful.
Despite the emotional moments being better executed, JJK0 does still struggle with fully making you connect with the characters. The hype and battle oriented nature of JJK as a whole make it great, but comes with the consequence of dragging down the beginning act, feeling sluggish.
Jujutsu Kaisen is a near perfect example of battle Shounen. This film brings back everything great about the series’ primer. For those interested in a deep and emotional story, JJK definitely shouldn't be on your radar. For those who want an enjoyable experience with great characters and amazing fights, this movie is a must watch. Jujutsu Kaisen 0 sits at the pinnacle of Shounen films alongside the recently released Demon Slayer Mugen Train and Bungo Stray Dogs: Dead Apple, despite the flaws it has.
All in all, a solid 8/10 in everything.
