If you are a fan of over-the-top ecchi in your anime, and breasts being the center/main plot point of the series, I recommend this anime to you. Prison School is one of the funniest ecchi of all time and close to unmatched in dramatic moments. Seikon no Quaser is more an action anime with less interesting characters and comedy, but an interesting premise nonetheless. Prison School is a whole lot more entertaining.

High School DxD is a must-watch if you are a fan of ecchi; it has a tremendous set of characters and bust sizes to match. Seikon no Quaser definitely matches well with the bust sizes, maybe not in terms of character quality, but it has its good moments.

If you liked Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku wo! add

...then you might like Sentouin, Haken shimasu! add

Sentouin, Haken shimasu is like the lower-quality version of Konosuba; it's still a fun anime, but it has slightly worse humor and animation quality. Konosuba has much more of it in spades, and its characters are more endearing. They are very similar in it's plot, but Konosuba is done much better in its quality, character design, and animation.
