This premise is exactly the same as Kamen Rider (1971). The influence of Kamen Rider in this manga is clear as water, It's like Kamen Rider but with gore. The story is short and simple but pretty well made, specially if you like Kamen Rider. The art is the same as Phantom Blood, remember ... that this is an Hirohiko Araki manga before JOJO.
