This is a good anime, entertaining and unique. It has great music, decent character developments and the story line and background makes sense. I liket it, i will probably rewatch it sometime and i can recommend it.
I love dystopian, grunge and futuristic shows, anime or not, and cyber, punk and metal is kind of cool.
This is also one of the few animes that has some mature events and good emotional support between two characters without overdoing it to the line it gets cringe and confusing and just too much. That fact made it go from a 7 to 8 for me.

I like it so far. Its a newtake on already existing subjects like future, dystopia and an alternative world that includes supernatural powers, mystic and "unknown" matters.
I prefer animes that follow some typical characteristics like a main character that in the beginning seems lame and weak but you have that feeling he will grow fast and he does. Just like natuto, attack on titan and my personal fave: deadman wonderland.
