If you liked Interlude add

...then you might like Mnemosyne: Mnemosyne no Musume-tachi add

Both these are OVA from the 2000s which I feel have a great fantasy story. They follow a similar type of progression and I enjoyed both of them. I personally think Interlude is a better story overall, but both are great shows that try to answer philosophical questions about life and eternity. If you liked one, I would put my money on you liking the other.

...then you might like Kaifuku Jutsushi no Yarinaoshi add

Redo of a healer is a pretty horrible show. It's one of those shows you could never recommend. In fact, I only watched this as I made a bet with a friend that If I could finish this show he'd give me 20 bucks. It was the easiest 20 of my life btw. Anyway, Redo of a healer is the hentai version of shield hero. They even follower a similar plot in some ways and have revenge as a motivating factor. If you watched Redo and want to actually watch something good, go watch shield hero. If you just finished Shield hero don't watch this.

If you liked Prison School add

...then you might like Grand Blue add

Both these shows rely on similar types of humor, the main being: misunderstandings, and reaction humor. I'd say that both are equally good and if you like one it's a guarantee you'll like the other. The only difference is 1 thing. Prison school is much more sexual and relies more on sexual jokes. Grand blue has sexual jokes as well but prison school is much more reliant on it.

...then you might like Mousou Dairinin add

The shows are not similar on paper, and I could see why someone would be a fan of one and dislike the other, but I think they both tackle the idea of running away and escapism in ways I found new. I also enjoyed both these series a lot as well.
