What more can I say about this anime? It has big breasted girls, monsters and blood sucking vampires! A must watch for those who prefer humorous monster shows rather than the darker ones. However it does have some down sides. There isnt much character development and the storyline can get a little repetitive sometimes. Also some of the scenes were a little sappy and lovedovey for me, but then I dont like the hardcore romance stuff :P Rosario+ Vampire gets a good 7/10

Shakugan no Shana is one of my favourite animes of all time. I fell in love with both Shana and Yuji when I watched them both in the very first episode. In this anime, the world's balance is guarded by extremely powerful guardians who go by the name of Flame Hazes and as the name suggests they use fire in order to burn away the Crimson Denizens, beings who try to consume the existence of human beings.In order to become powerful, Flame Hazes make contracts with Crimson Lords who wish to maintain the balance. Yuji Sakai is drawn into the war against the Flame Hazes ... and the Crimson Denizens, forever changing his life. This show has everything, from love triangles to the wise cracking Marchosias, a contracted Denizen Lord in the form of a spell book. The sound tracks of this series is amazing as we have the talented Kotoko, Altima and Mami Kawada lending their awesome songs such as Light My Fire, Ill Believe and Joint. A must watch for anyone and everyone.

Madoka Magica took me by surprise when I first started watching it I must admit. I though that this was going to be one of those generic magical girl series where good always triumps over evil, every one was friends and pure of heart. Glad I was proven wrong! Madoka Magica can definitely be classed as a darker magical girl series as the girls have to fight against witches despite their own potential dark demises. Madoka despite seeing what happens along the story line still chooses to fight and maintains her innocence through the purity of her wish. The music score also complemented the series ... perfectly. Especially enjoyed the ending theme of Magica by Kalafina. All in all, a solid 8/10. A definite must watch :)

This was a very enjoyable anime to watch. The music scoring and soundtrack was amazing, it gave depth to different scenes throughout the storyline. The additional music provided by the band Girls Dead Monster was espically enjoyable as it made the anime more unique. There are a few animes which have had bands giving their sound talents to the mix such as Egoist from Guilty Crown. The storyline was interesting. It gives off the impression that it is a fun and humorous anime when it also involves underscores of struggle and hidden deep emotion which helps the viewers to connect to the characters at a ... much deeper level. Overall, Angel Beats has earned a very strong and solid 8/10

A brilliant anime which boasts strong female lead characters, strong music scores, and a very dark storyline. The struggle that these characters go through, the thin line which separates their human and yoma side is constantly blurred throughout the series. Th struggle to keep their human minds and push back their darker side. A very good anime scoring itself a high 9/10
