Starts off a little slow, but by the time you're 15 chapters in, it is absolutely riveting.
Apparently, the manwha is somewhat different from the novel, adding scenes and rearranging some things.
Art is excellent, characters are excellent, storyline is excellent. The portrayal of the mc's PTSD is very well done, very evocative, but the portrayal of everyone else's reactions is even better - it feels so genuine, the awkwardness and doubt of wanting to save someone you have no idea how to save.
Regardless of the fantasy setting, it feels utterly real and genuine - this is because of the characters. Even the side characters are interesting.
