Both deal with fantasy dungeon upkeep although they diverge quite a bit in tone and world. Dungeon no Naka no Hito is straight up fantasy with comedy elements that focuses a lot on worldbuilding. Boukensha Zettai Korosu Dungeon is a fantasy isekai parody comedy thats a lot more wackier and zanier than Dungeon no Naka no Hito and focuses more on comedy and gags than worldbuilding.

Both manga deal with real estate with some comedy on the side. Kichijouji dake ga Sumitai Machi desu ka? is more realistic showing the reader real locations in the various wards of Tokyo while discussing the wants and needs real people look for in houses and apartments as the twin protagonist real estate agents try to sell apartments to their latest clients. Dragon, Ie wo Kau is more about what troubles and needs a dragon might have while looking for a house in a fantasy world as the elven real estate agent Dearia shows the red dragon Letty various homes.

add

Although Oresama Teacher is way wackier and less down to earth than Skip and Loafer, I think if you enjoy the comedic moments of one series, you'll enjoy the antics of the other. Especially when it comes to the main characters. The main characters have similar energetic girl energies, even if one is a straight A student that would be mortified by the other's delinquent past. Both are starting out at a new high school that is far away from their old junior high but have occasional returns to their hometowns.
