It was good and bad at the same time. Pluto has a deeper and more focused approach in recognizing that an AI can be considered alive and have feelings, and even though they have "free will" they end up being used by humans in the war.
But throughout the plot, the destruction of the 5 robots becomes something repetitive and very stupid on the part of the robots who line up to face Pluto one by one, with a tremendous suspense that is not rewarded by appearance of Pluto. All the essence that is built in the episode with North no.2

This season was pure rubbish, with excessive flashbacks and explanations about random things, Baki doesn't have one of the best animations in terms of fluidity, often they're just slides, but one fight or another is better elaborated, but after the last season of the tournament that it was great, the level dropped too much. Some things that could have been better are: showing Hanma's fight against the elephant and not just the result and focusing more on Baki, the season was named after him, but we saw a lot more fights and stories about Guevaru than at the end of accounts was ... |
