The manga is peak with every chapter feeling complete and decisive and with way better flow , feel and emotion.
Compared to that the only thing the adaptation has going for it is the opening and the VAs.
It feels a lot disappointing for it to be treated as a training project for a studio, its not even bearable to lose this much of impact and turned into emotionless, flowless and average recycled anime when it could reach peak.

The animation also ruins the personality and manga representation of most characters like yamabuki really does not give the aura he had in manga. Like the dude was aura ... farming every next chapter.
I hope they do remake or atleast give a better season 2 rather than killing its potential and bottlenecking it through this studio.

I'm a changed man...this anime gave me the hope to live to achieve my best instead of rotting in depression or vanity...
Kamina defined the indomitable human spirit to believe in urself...and Simon brought that to his reality...

Sometimes we lose our reason to live...desires, relations, existential crisis lol....

This anime gave me hope just to live in the present to try my best and believe in others and myself...
Not all the goals we chase and the relations we believe in may not end great just like the story tells but the way we do it matters the most.

"Believe in the you that believes in ... yourself"...Keep living on holding onto that spirit and effort!!

I love this series for the characters 9/10... story 9/10, art 8/10...the art really conveys the cynical nature of the mc. The mc is a great fraud...i believe he is more like if light yagami spawned in isekai and let his intrusive thoughts win and started killing as he liked... the story potrays sunghoon going on this adventure of deceit and evil while gaining compelling enemies and like minded companions. I'd say read it...dont go for the ratings.

While the first few chapters are a bit disorienting, it gets great later. All of his actions have consequences and I'd say that that mc is always true ... to his nature as a fraud even in fights, his life or any love(nothing yet) but his "acquaintances" are a bit trustworthy for him. Anyways great reeeeeead!
