It was going SO well, wtf did go wrong?

MY REVIEW CONTAINS SPOILERS!!!!

Honestly the anime was doing so well till they decided to kill ayame imo, i would like to see more of her overpowered version with her colapse power, and then they went back in time (???) and revived her but took away her power! And than she became an useless character, also after EP 10 I had the feeling everything was so rushed, the ending was terrible and I feel like events that were supposed to take a rlly long time did not have much attention, for example yuu’s depression after his sister died, ... in the same episode he managed to get sad abt it, make a lot of trouble and then get cured from it, another thing I would like to point is when they went back in time nao’s brother did not meet that blind singer so were they healed or?? Was all of that day with that blind singer in vain? It looked so special, idk a few things seemed rushed and forgotten to me
