Non-bias opinion here. Even if at times S3 is power point presentation its 10 times better than S2 and the picture quality has gone up a lot too. Characters and scenes look good and peoples faces are not elongated as it was in S2.
Watchers of the anime are still expecting Madhouse quality and give bad rating just because their expectation was not met. People need to be thankful we get continuation at all and its not Demon Lord Retry S2 kind. Even when we get part 2 of S3 now.
Just finished rewatching the season again and after the 6th episode it does not feel bad

at all. People just need to drop the expectation that we will get Madhouse type quality ever again and actually encourage the current studio to keep improving until there is at least some minimum of good quality animation.
Its not the end of the world and I know it could be better but at this point with such negative reviews two things will happen: 1. the show might get cancelled and dropped because of it or 2. The studio keeps going with directors resigning until some scumbag gets the project and push it into worse grave.
In conclusion it could have been a lot better I agree and the matter is now how to find a way for the studio to actually improve what it is and not just to throw the project into the trash bin.
My advice on all the "mad"(house) people is to suck it up and try to enjoy at least a little because it could have been a lot worse.
