It absolutely lives up to its title, The GREATEST Estate Developer. It’s a solid 10/10 manhwa. Don’t think twice if you’re looking for something new to read, just dive in and enjoy one of the best manhwa out there, perfectly doing justice to every genre it’s tagged with!

The comedy was what hooked me first- I was absolutely dying from laughter with the hilarious banter and interactions. But what really impressed me was how the serious moments were never turned into jokes. There’s sarcasm on the surface of the main character, yet real depth in his actions and words. He might seem super greedy at ... first, but he proves that it’s not just greed driving him; it’s his heart and determination, which ultimately earn him the trust and admiration of everyone around him!

I like keeping my reviews short, and it will be the same, but I will definitely suggest you read this mawha, you won't regret the time you spend on it!

I don’t even know where to begin—this manga is pure emotional chaos. It's messy, ugly, and hilarious all at once. Like the saying goes, “You suffer more in your head than in reality”—and the author seems to have taken that idea to heart, embedding it deeply into every character’s psyche. Each character is a psychological mess in their own unique way, and somehow, that mess becomes incredibly entertaining.

I wouldn’t recommend this to someone who enjoys “normal” stories or prefers narratives steeped in melancholy or slow-burning sadness. That’s actually why I started reading it—but somewhere along the way, the story took a wild turn. Not just ... a U-turn, more like a V-turn or whatever else defies logic. After around chapter 12, the plot descends into complete chaos. It feels forced, rushed, and occasionally just plain bizarre. Guilt is a universal currency in this story—everyone carries it. Self-worth is in short supply, and misunderstandings are practically a way of life.

What earns this manga a high rating, in my opinion, is the sheer scale of the emotional disorder it embraces. It’s intense and unpredictable in a way that keeps you hooked, even if you're constantly questioning what’s happening. I wouldn’t read it again, but it’s definitely a worthwhile one-time experience—something that will mess with your head and maybe even make you fall in love with the misery of it all.

I must admit, I haven’t been this frustrated by a female character in a long time. This series takes you on an emotional rollercoaster filled with childish, irritating behavior. It often feels like watching a child throw a tantrum while attempting to play 4D chess against someone who’s only playing checkers.

I decided to drop it at chapter 26, which seemed like a natural breaking point. At this stage, it’s hard to say whether I’ll pick it back up, as the character development feels severely lacking. If you value your mental peace and prefer ... not to watch a character behave manipulatively for no clear reason, I’d advise you to steer clear of this manga.

I’m giving it a 6 out of 10 because the first few chapters were promising and engaging. However, the series quickly lost its appeal, and since I dropped it midway, I can’t fairly judge its progression. For now, a 6 feels like a generous score given my experience with it.

To be honest, I’m not entirely sure where to begin. This series is chaotic in so many ways, and as the story progresses, things don’t improve—in fact, they spiral even further out of control.

Reading this felt like a complete waste of time, but if you’re someone who enjoys a deeply twisted narrative that constantly challenges your sense of logic and morality, then this might appeal to you. Just be warned: the predominant emotions you’re likely to experience are irritation, disgust, and pity.

I seriously considered dropping this manhwa around episode 25, but with nothing ... else on my list and a lingering curiosity about the dark world the author created, I pushed through to the end. Unfortunately, the messiness never lets up—it only intensifies.

If you’re looking for something uplifting or well-grounded, this is definitely not for you. Nearly 95% of the characters come across as psychopaths in one way or another, so be prepared for an emotionally draining and morally unsettling experience. The only reason I am giving it a 3 is because I am impressed by how messed up the things were in it rather than it being just bad.

It’s built on familiar childhood tropes, but unfortunately, even those weren't executed well. A lot of plot points were left unexplained, misunderstandings were never addressed, and the emotional maturity of the characters felt lacking, despite them having grown up.

When it comes to character development, there wasn’t much to speak of. While the manga does provide some backstory for the characters, they don't seem to grow or evolve beyond those past experiences. In fact, ... the story leans more heavily on flashbacks than on progressing the present-day narrative.

The pacing also felt rushed, which didn’t help. This could have been a much better manga with more thoughtful storytelling and character progression. As for the romance tag, it feels misplaced—there’s very little romantic development, aside from perhaps one side character. What little romance exists is buried in the backstory, and even the ending fails to clearly address what was actually going on.

I had fairly high hopes at the start, especially since it gave me a bit of a "Your Lie in April" vibe but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to that initial impression. I wouldn’t go so far as to put this in the "Not Recommended" category, but I also wouldn’t actively recommend it. If you're curious, feel free to give it a read at your leisure, but temper your expectations—it’s solidly mediocre.

While it features some familiar tropes—such as climbing towering structures and being transported to another world—it executes these elements in an engaging and refreshing way.

The protagonist may initially seem overpowered, but there's still plenty of room for growth and development. Additionally, the other characters possess unique and well-defined personalities. One standout feature is that the main character doesn’t come across as overly dense or ... timid in his interactions with the female characters; he treats them with the same respect and consideration as anyone else, without being spineless or awkward.

So far, I’ve enjoyed the plot development, which gives off a similar vibe to "The World After the Fall", especially in its portrayal of the towers and related elements.

After reading 37 chapters, I can confidently say this manga is a fun read. If you're a fan of tower-climbing or survival scenarios, I would definitely recommend giving it a try. I sincerely hope the story remains engaging and avoids falling into the pitfalls of series like "Boundless Ascension". As of now, both the plot and character development are promising and enjoyable.

The relationship feels forced and aimless, and despite holding out a sliver of hope that things will improve by the end, nothing ever does.

If you’re considering reading this, I strongly urge you to spend your time elsewhere. Even a random doujinshi would offer a more satisfying experience. While some readers might enjoy the superficial “cutesy” moments, there are far better series out there that deliver charm and substance.
