I just have no idea what to make up of this.
I read up to the latest of the novels, JK Haru Autumn, from the author's x dot com profile. This is after JK Haru Summer.
I can really only honestly say that it's not meant to be taken seriously. It's a mish mash of a heavy story based on real suffering, goofy tropes, and a lot of needless relationships, along with way too much intimate scenes that add little to no plot progress. It's on the same level as the cheap erotica that "booktok" like so much. Well, up until JK Autumn...

to realize that in fiction, things need to seem to make sense, but reality is by far more senseless than any fiction.
And it gets ... weirder.
It goes from "male chauvinism in isekai is bad" to "hentai power fantasy, but this time a woman gains power from sex instead of a man"
It's... Very odd... Major spoilers ahead...
So she gets pregnant, her child being the reincarnation of her dead friend.
The sequel, JK Haru Summer, is mostly about their lives during the pregnancy, while JK Haru Autumn is set after giving birth.
She died during childbirth, and somehow... got revived back to Earth in her body from the time of the "accident".
The time in the other world is still going on, but she's back in the past, which is now the present, from years ago, with all of her memories of the otherworld gone.
She gets back to things that should happen on Earth, with some chapters covering the current happenings in the otherworld, especially her dead friend, now turned daughter.
Space and time stuff happen, the two worlds become connected because of the bastard known as god, and... It's just weird... Very weird... I can't begin to even summarize it.
Haru just becomes... Overpowered. And god is still just as fickle.
JK Haru Autumn ended last June 20, 2025, with the last chapter titled "The Stage Begins" which I assume means...
Haru, her name, for Spring
Summer, Autumn, ... Winter is coming.
So I may assume it's not the end of this incredibly strange Novel series.
I honestly might not make it before winter even starts, but do know I did find this work to be "alright". It wasn't too bad, nor was it any good. As long as you see it for what it is and not overthink it, you'll have an okay read. Peace out.
