I know a lot of people have been giving negative feedback to this anime. I gave it a 6 and I'll explain why.
It uses an uncommon storytelling style. Of course most people won't like it because they're not used to it yet. But I've noticed some (most techical) pros and cons in its conception: despite the beautiful art and the way some characters seem to have a bound with the protagonist (a.k.a. the viewer) it lacks a lot of details that are essential in good animation.
If you never gave a damn to background music, this will be probably the first thing you'll miss in

As a fan of mythology, this anime was the mythology-inspired production which I most enjoyed. The crew found a good strategy to adapt the original game for the TV, knowing well how to use the essencial parts of the game to develop its story.
I particularly loved the way the main gods seem to like Yui, since it is a reverse harem, and each of them has a single way to captivate the viewer - Hades interpretation, in terms of personality, was my favorite by the way!
