This anime truly revitalizes the isekaiesque fantasy anime. It brings something new to the already full table and manages to carve its own niche with the great ideas it brings to the table. Keiyaru as a protagonist is unique and actually a relatable guy for once. i dont like the forced transgenderism part but i did enjoy the fact that they are men of honor! they would do anything for their boss and their family. kids these days don't have morals no more. the feds want you to get out by threatening them with decades of jail time but they don't know that the family has got their back. they're just a kid for god's sake. but in japan thats where they do things great. they are full of honor and they know how to play mahjong (this is true because they play that in the video game yakuza 0 also)

i really sympathized with light. he's a great visionary with a positive world view. he is also a smart thinker (such as ourselves). i think the story is very deep but it gets boring quick when they start to bring all cancel culture stuff with light in. light should be able to fix the world in piece without L stopping him. i didn't like the ending because it was boring. the beginning was great however and i think everyone in their voyage through anime needs to see it, but i suggest you drop it after like 3 episodes because they run out of intellectual stimulation
