It's just a recap of the events of the show with scenes from the show with some narration by you can guess who. There's a small bit of stuff said at the start and the end that isn't just recapping but it's just a couple minutes. There's really just not much to say about it. Considering how you have to go out of your way to find this, it's easy to pass on this. It's also crammed into the length of one episode.
